So I went to the movies Friday at animas 10 around 3:20. The worker helping us was a manager Kristina once me and my partner got our tickets we also wanted to get a drink and a snack and when we went to ask her, no response. I look to see if she heard us or not and she was on her phone doing whatever she was doing. She didnāt help us with our drink and snacks until I made a comment saying ā I didnāt know workers can be on the phone while their in the middle of helping customersā only to find out sheās a manager. Every time I go to the movie never has there ever been an employee to be on their phone mid customer service. And for it to be a manager is even more ridiculous. I suggest training your manager Kristina better so that customers arenāt just standing there waiting for you to finish your business on your entertainment phone while customers are trying to get what they need for their movie. If they have āinternetā problems, then be smart and close the theater, OR give out refunds and make the moment right for your customers. They played us the wrong movie first of all, then they stop the movie and tell us they will give us ārain checksā. The kids in the concession stand were super unprofessional, we had to stand and wait to even be acknowledged. At one point I had to use the restroom and it was gross, it was the last showing of the night so it was kind of understandable but instead of closing duties like cleaning the bathrooms, the teenagers that work here were standing on the counters trying to see how high they could stack cups.
