Taco Bell — Restaurant in Farmington

Tried to pay my $25 order with $100 bill. They said they did not have change and if I could go break it somewhere and come back. I was confused and frustrated so I left with the intention of going somewhere else to eat. I usually don't call and complain but the fact that this is a major fast food chain and couldn't break $100 perplexed me. So I called and spoke with the manager and she explained that she had just made a "drop" at the bank and didn't have the denominations necessary to provide change. In light of this new information I apologized and reassured her that I understood her plight. She then went above and beyond and said if I could return she would provide my order free of charge! I was overcome with gratitude, this is how you ensure repeat...

We put in an big order of meal boxes, Mexican pizzas, and drinks not only did we have to pour our own drinks bc it wasn’t ready, there was no drink Carriers. We asked the female in the front if she had a box that we could put all of our orders for the company in and she rolled her eyes and rudely said we were going to have to wait. I can understand that we had a big order however this experience and all the attitude and rudeness that came with it was not appreciated. I highly recommend reviewing the staff and their training in customer service. If they do not like their job they do not have to be there and should go look for something more suitable. Next time we’ll just order from Del Taco at least there they hold...

So I ordered the taco and burritos ok I asked for two bean burritos and the rest crunchy tacos I swear I go to the front to speak with manager and she has a huge line. She leaves her big line and interferes with the manager and my conversation, then starts touching my hand and receipt, like lady really.... Ugh then I told the manager thanks and she's mumbling I'm sorry I'm like you have a line of people lady. She looked at me if looks could kill. I know how it feels to work in the fast food business I was in that position for four years just couldn't believe this lady... Food was delicious...
