I never complain because as the the owner of several businesses myself I understand how things can go wrong, but, this was the worst experience ever. To start with, the restaurant wasn't busy when we arrived. It still took several minutes to be acknowledged while waiting to be seated. We almost gave up and left then, but never said a word. When someone finally noticed we were there, she began arguing with another person as to which table was available, and most were empty. Ok. We were seated and assumed things would get better. The server would make it right? Wishful thinking. Still never said a word. Took several more minutes for a server to notice we were there. Long story short, we were there 25 minutes before we even received our drinks and were asked if we were ready to order. Another 45 minutes later our food arrives. 45 minutes later and room temperature, missing ingredients, and just cold and terrible. Still not a word from us. After a couple bites I just wanted to leave. Couldn't take another minute. I'm not one to complain or leave bad reviews. I just chose to not return to a restaurant that I don't like but this was beyond understanding. The wait staff was probably the most unenthused group of employees I have ever seen. We had to say something and ask for the manager. She was professional enough to comp our meals (which we couldn't eat and she herself was disgusted over) but showed no enthusiasm to try to correct the problem, and was nowhere to be seen while the restaurant was in logistical disarray. We aren't hard to please but I wouldn't go back if offered a year of free food. Small footnote. I ordered the green chili cheeseburger that came out as a dry cold plain burger with nothing on it, and the buffalo chicken tots that came out room temperature after a 45 minute wait. Not to mention the cold soggy fries that came with the burger. My fiance couldn't stomach her dry cold burger smothered in condiments and room temperature tots either. After 30 minutes she actually had to ask the server if she was going to get her salad. Sorry. I would have fired everyone, locked the doors, and tried to come up with a new business plan.    Read morePlaced a to go order. Told me it would be 40 minutes. Waited an hour before going there. Got there there were 8 people in line that was waiting to get their food. All had checked in none of their food was ready. Almost all of them had been there over an hour or close. Dine in was not busy at all. No one working the counter to even take my name to see if my order is done. Finally after about 25 mins someones order was ready so when they were checking her out I told them I wanted my ordered canceled. At this point there were about 15 people who were waiting get their to go orders. While they were already backed up beyond catch up they continued to take more orders over the phone while we were all standing there!! Absolutely ridiculous! They also brought a few to go orders out but none were for the any of the 15 plus people standing out there waiting. They obviously do not have any kind of organization in the kitchen what so ever. Manager was a complete hag to everyone waiting and kept arguing with customers when asking where the orders were and why order of no one waiting kept coming out instead of the orders for people waiting. This comes after a terrible experience back in Oct where they ended up comping a bill for 9 people because the service was so bad and we never ended up getting half our food and were there for over 2 1/2 hours waiting for food.
