High end product with tjmaxx service, horrible service at Farmington location. I am an avid believer in quality products backed up by superior services. A beautiful gift I purchased to surprise my wife on her birthday. Item was defective with a scuff mark embedded in the main buttton. To make sure I can exchange this item I contacted client services and provided all order details and images that were needed. A smooth and understanding process for such product which was approved . Unfortunately to do an exchange online it would required you to send item back with the provided label and wait until they receive it to then mail you the new item back. I wanted to do an exchange and receive the new item at the same time and asked if this is possible to be done at store and they confirmed they did. I addition I wanted to make sure it was in stock which it was. Client services was polite and understanding to correct this issue. Once arrived at the store location however they did not care nor want to rectify this defective item even upon explaining and willing to provide the email details provided to me by client services. I provided receipt and email information to Justin who then had to speak with his manager Valerie who attempted to say that it looked used and worn which was insulting to hear when my wife literally opened it to use today finding the scuff mark. Valerie Continued to state nothing could be done and continued to state how she pulls the card slots it felt a bit loose. Of course after pulling it as much as she did it would but the issue was nothing with pockets which I still don't understand what it had to do with anything but in fact was the clear gouge on the button. Justin who is a customer service specialist who was polite yet limited in assisting at least had the courtesy to ask questions as he was also the person whom I picked up the item from weeks ago. Valerie walked away with no care as I contacted client services again to relate how the store location did not want to accept my exchange of defective item that was approved by them. Another manager named Alexa came to assist in learning what was going on and as polite as she was didn't want to involve herself in properly assisting to finding a solution. Alexa stated how client services does not know what they are doing and only sound nice because they deal with online and not in person. For such a reputable brand and quality products it's clear that their services are lacking tremendously and eager to blame a different department instead of actually finding solutions. It is clear that when you want to purchase something they cater to your needs but when there is an issue they don't want to rectify anything or a offer assistance. If it was up to me I wouldn't step foot in another louis vuitton let alone buy anything. As a supporter of purchasing high end products from both large and small businesses I see better services conducted and frankly surprised by the treatment I was provided with Louis Vuitton. I refused to take this item back with me and left at store. This story is amazing, shocking and YET sadly all true. This story is currently under investigation by both West farms security and the Police. We purchased a purse at LV and drove 25mins to dinner. About an hour into dinner we were informed our car was broken into, despite parking right in front of the restaurant in a very well lite and nicer area.
A thief had waited until we went inside and then went right for the LV bag which was still packed up in the back of my SUV, very much out of sight.
Looking at the cameras it was clear they went right for my car in the parking lot. Odd how did they know? According to security footage we were followed in the LV store, all around the mall, INTO THE BATHROOM, and then on the highway until we stopped. They parked across the street (also on camera) and then waited for the right moment to break my window and steal the purse. Crazy huh? Sadly, its the truth…
It gets worse…when I called LV the next day I was unable to get a hold of the West farms store, just the general customer service folks. They treated me like I stole the purse and acted as if I made this all up. I hung up so disgusted with them but I decided to let wait and see if anyone reach out. Nobody ever called me, just a general junk email reply from them… I wanted to warn the manager about what happened and my experience. They obviously don’t care about their customers. We were followed from your store and then robbed and you wont even call me?
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE just buy online… or just even BETTER YET buy at all.

Read moreI usually make my purchase through the LV website but decided for this most recent purchase I would try an in store experience. Well lets just say I'm going back to purchasing online. This store has little to no stock on so many items. Every answer I recieved was "We don't have that" or "We could order it for you"...what's the point of even having this store with nothing available to buy?? Anyways that wasn't the worst part. The main item I wanted to buy, I was told they did have it available so I purchased it and brought it home. I didn't inspect the bag at the store but now I know I should have. Upon unboxing it at home I found dirt and scuff marks on the corners of the bag, the hardware covered in scratches and what looked like finger prints and water marks that wouldn't wipe off. The metal feet on the bag look like they were dragged across pavement they were so badly scratched. I immediately brought the bag right back and asked for another one. I was then told that was the only one they had (shocker). The manager didn't even inspect the bag and didn't act surprised when I told him the problem. Did this place really sell me a dingy dirty floor model or was this someone's used return that they tried to resell?? NOT what you would expect from a high end luxury brand store.
