Went in to return and the person who helped me was very sweet- this isnt about her, she was amazing. The woman behind the counter, however, needs to re-evaluate if she wants to be in a customer service/retail setting. She was incredibly rude and could not be bothered with anyone around her. When asked where I needed to do the return she didnt even say two words to me she just pointed at the center of the store and rolled her eyes. Fine, whatever maybe she was having a bad day. A couple walked in wanting to look at a catalog and saw all of the other employees were helping other people and she said “you gotta ask them.” The couple said okay to which she got up, sighing loudly, kissing her teeth and gave them a QR code. Just disgusting demeanor and behavior. I mentioned something to the lovely person helping me to which she replied “yeah we actually get that a lot im sorry”- how is that okay? Knowing that everything gets looked over in Retail, this review may not do anything to move that store forward, im sure it does well without her and her attitude but maybe it helps her in figuring out that customer service isnt the job for her. Maybe she would benefit better from over the phone sales, or an inventory job where she wont have to deal with the general public. Wish the best for her and even better for the store she works in.

I visited in person, and as always was greeted by the warm welcoming ladies. I was nervous because I don't usually exchange anything and I felt bad for not understanding the sizing better as I've had my original bracelet for well over 10 years now. Everytime I come to this location I have an amazing time. The charms that are shown to me are always great choices, and the added customer experience like cleanings makes me feel valued and appreciated. Today went so smooth. I forgot to ask names today, but my receipt says Holli and Kwi. The associate who helped me with such finesse was very stylish and powerfully tall with facial piercings similar to mine but in gold, I hope you to see you again next time I visit! Read moreI came here to engrave a pendant I bought my girlfriend for Christmas. So first they make you pay $20 for the engraving, but they told us AFTER we paid that the pen is broken for the IPAD. So I tried my best with the pen but it was useless so then I repeatedly tried with my finger and the employee Valentina just watched. Then Valentina told us we had two minutes left to try to engrave. We also weren't told prior to paying for the engraving that their was a time limit. I asked if we could just come back another time and she stated you said you didn't want a receipt for the engraving. So I said okay well can we get a receipt and come back when the iPad pen is fixed and she said it won't be fixed. Also I don't understand what the rush was when one employee was just sorting charms and the other was attending to one other customer and no one was in the store.
