I needed a necklace clasp adjusted but was nervous to come to Saleh since I didn't buy the necklace there. I came in without an appointment and was helped right away. The man at the front desk went into the back, tweaked the clasp, and handed it back to me just a few minutes later... When I asked how much I owe him, he said it was no problem at all and did not charge me anything.
