I went to go return something and the lady at the desk with long braids and a nose piercing with a chain on it was So unprofessional and rude. I was in a bit of a hurry because I’m pregnant and had to pee and when I asked her how long it would Take she has the nastiest attitude. She said I couldn’t return things in the store from online to get a refund. I would refer to her by name but she would not tell me her name.
