I paid cash for a Leonard 4'×8' custom cargo trailer and when it arrived it had so many defects that I refused to take it. This (Arising) cargo trailers most severe defect is the missing wall studs located in the center on both sides of the trailer! Both sides! These studs support the structural integrity of the trailer! This was found by myself, and employees of Leonard, Alex, Brad, and Turner. A screw was missing and upon futher investigation we found that the studs were missing. But, what the Arising manufacturer did was drill holes into the exterior skin from the top, to the bottom of the trailer. as if the wall supports were present and put screws in. Why? Was someone trying to cover up a mistake or short cut? Of course the screw fell out! They are not secured to anything! In time they would all fall out. Before I ordered this (Arising) cargo trailer with (2) 30'×30' Windows on each side I personally spoke with the manufacturing representative by phone in Leonards with Alex (the manager) present and was assured that the Windows would be framed out with square tubeing and that there would be no problem. Are they there? I don't know! Who knows what else is missing or improperly done. I can't see through walls. Alex called the manufacturer and they did admit that a mistake had been made and that the supports had not been installed as it was supposed to have been. Now the manufacturer wants to make these repairs. If the only problems are the missing interior scews that attach the interior wall to the frame, or a severly bent and jagged rear drip rail with a huge gap, or a window that won't close securely or lock, or the other window missing a screw that secures it to the wall, or the black paint overspray on the ceiling insulation. I could live with that. These are easily corrected. But, when it comes to tearing down the trailer and rebuilding it, I just don't trust them. How did it get through quality control in the first place? Turner also questioned this and said this is the worst trailer he has seen come through. Who intentionally drilled those useless holes in order to fool the customer? Alex told me, he was instructed to weld the supports and his exact words to me were, (he told them he wasn't going to do it, he didn't know how to do it, and that I wouldn't want him to do it.) I have absolutely no ill will toward Alex, Brad nor Turner. They all treated me well and acted very professional. They all seem like great guys. My problem is with this Arising product. At this time Leonard has my new, defective trailer and over $2500.00 cash that I paid. Well, enough said. I'll be pleading my case in small claims court 07/16/19. See you then...

The first day I went in there was only one person working the desk. I felt like he thought I wasn't serious about buying. He rushed me out without giving me much information. Next day I came back as soon as they opened and before they got busy. I met the regional manager, who was working the desk and I Ordered my shed custom build was told it would be 3 weeks due to special order on the siding. 3 weeks passes and I call to check on progress, was told the Fourth of July weekend pushed them back but they would check on it. Week goes by and nothing. I called back and was told that it would be ready at end of week and delivery scheduled for Friday. Just got another call saying the delivery truck was broke down and it could be as late as end of next week. My problem is the attitude of the managers. They basically give me a half hearted apology and I just have to deal with it. I wanted a well done shed that matches my house and I don't mind waiting for it to be built. What I do mind is constantly being told one thing and another happens. I can't just tell them I lol take my business elsewhere cause then I'm out a lot of money with nothing to show. I don't even know if I'm getting a quality shed but I will say go with any other company if you want to be treated like a customer and...

My husband and I put a deposit on a building. Was told we had to move one of our existing sheds and cut trees, which we did (to move the shed it got destroyed). Was told they would come out to do a site check. They never contacted us to let us know they were coming out on our property and when we contacted them almost a week later to see when they were coming we were told they had been out and the was another tree that had to be removed. We did this also. Finally we were given a delivery date (Friday). On that day we called close to closing because the building had not been delivered. We were told the truck broke down. On Monday we went up to the store because they had still not rescheduled the delivery. We were told by the manager Alex "rain or sleet we would have our building Friday". Here it is Friday and we are called after our scheduled delivery window and informed our building would not be delivered because "the driver went to Autryville and was now out of hours". This is very poor business ethics and very poor management!. Now we have a destroyed shed and cut down trees with no building as my husband starts a new job out of town and ran out of time to have this building delivered.
