Ordered a pan pepperoni and was delivered a hand tossed. No big deal if this only happened once but it is the third time this has happened. I contact the store and informed the employee of the dilemma and she reassured me that they will be making a pan pepperoni and it will be delivered in 20 minutes. One hour layer NOTHING!!! I then call the store on BRAGG BLVD and explain the situation and I was placed on hold. After 10 minutes the call was terminated. I call back and immediately the call was sent to an automated service!! Come on man!! I don't want no problems but after they do this to me about 15 more times in a row when I call I'm beyond furious. I really do not understand why you would tell me you will be sending out another pie and then completely ignore my calls and treat me like I am in the wrong. I would have walked to the dam location if I could but I have both my feet amputated and am still healing from surgery. I just do not understand why lie to me and then continually put my call on a block list now and I know they will no longer deliver to me, as I have done nothing wrong. All I wanted was my pan pizza and they can have back their hand tossed. I am beyond disappointed with the treatment and lack of customer service. I was not rude, belligerent, nor foul mouthed when I called to explain the ERROR THEY MADE AGAIN!!!

Read moreYesterday evening, I placed an online order for six pizzas to be picked up in two days. To my pleasant surprise, two of the pizzas were free due to the points I had accumulated. Today, with a 10-year-old birthday party in mind, I decided to call Pizza Hut to confirm the details of my order.
After speaking with a girl for about 10 minutes, it became apparent that my order could not be located in their system. I was put on hold and when she returned, she asked if I wanted to place a new order. I explained that I was calling to follow up on the order I had already placed. It was then that Gloria, the assistant manager, stepped in.
Gloria was an absolute gem, displaying a level of kindness and patience rarely seen in the food industry. She diligently worked with me over the phone, trying to track down my order as it was nowhere to be found in their computer system. Despite my showing proof of the order on my app, the issue remained unresolved. Gloria went above and beyond by offering her personal contact information so I could send her the details directly.
Although the problem persisted, Gloria assured me that she would straighten everything out if I called back in the morning. She also provided me with a number to address the points discrepancy. Her genuine concern and dedication to customer service were truly commendable.

I sat in line for 30 minutes. When I got to the window the young lady said it was going to be 15 minutes and to pull up. I told her that I was going to sit here and wait because everyone else didn’t have to move so I won’t. I waited for 45 minutes. It was passed 12 midnight which was closing time. I knocked on the window at 1205am . I asked jasmine the manager how long it was supposed to be and she said she didn’t know. Now I’m talking to the manager????? Make that make sense.
