Metro by T-Mobile — Local services in Federal Heights

I went in to ask about getting and extension for a couple days on my phone bill. The girl said i could but i'd have to call in to request it. Then i asked about the insurance and if I would get charged an activation fee or not after getting a new phone via a claim. There were 2 people working there and instead of speaking in English to each other as we are English speaking people. The two co workers spoke to each other in Spanish. I found this very rude. The girl that was supposed to be helping us never really even answered the question. Then she said with an attitude after I stated that I would just go to a different pcs store, that she could look up the account. Everytime there is a problem there is no resolve the guy in the store can't tell me anything about my profile without a onetime password that he tried to send me to the number I pay for to see if I have insurance he also told me the phone they sold me over heats and blows out the camera and thar was the reason it's broken...sounds fishy to me I'm sick of o er paying g for a crappy service and no customer service...did you know if you go In to their store to pay your bill they charge you 10 extra...most ridiculous thing I've ever heard of they scam you over charge you and then can't help you when their crappy phone blows it self out of a camera...too many problems and way to expensive I'm changing phone companies again ...he'll...

I would not recommend anyone to get service from metro PCs. they ripped me off for 50.00 dollars I went to add a line for my dad . and come to find out I was charged the 50.00 for a phone that should have been for free .so I called you guys metro PCs and they told me that there ain't nothing they can do .I have to eat it .I guess the stores aren't connected to metro PCs . so I guess metro PCs stores can change what ever price for a phone the computer can't see the transaction from the stores they are a bad company . plus I can't believe they would rip me off . especially I am disabled I only get one check every month . so I can't believe it . metro PCs will still money from disabled people .I am looking for a a new...
