La Michoacana Premium Federal Heights — Restaurant in Federal Heights

I walked into this ice cream shop because my 3 year old son loves to come get ice cream here. Unfortunately, that stops today because of the simple fact that the employees are so rude ! Today I walked into the ice cream shop with my 3 year old son to get him a treat but before I even went inside my son told me in the parking lot that he had to potty. So I walk inside as quickly as possible and an employee stops me asking “Where are you going?” And I tell her “I have to take my son into the restroom because he already has to go.” And she says “It’s not open.” And I just respond back “Oh, ok.” And walk out quick with my son to try to get him to go into the nearest restroom next door in King Soopers. So I rush with him and not even 3 minutes go by that he didn’t make it to the restroom and he peed himself. When this happened I was honestly mad and walked back over to the ice cream shop and walked past the employees completely ignoring them and walk towards the restroom to find that the bathrooms are opened and available for use. So when I knew that this employee lied I walked towards the register and asked for the manager. The manager came and I told her how one of the employees didn’t allow for my child to go to the restroom and I let her know how upset I was. The managers response was “We have a policy that only customers can use the restroom.” And I responded “I came in here to buy ice cream for my son and I but he’s a kid and can’t hold it when he has to use the restroom. That’s not ok! This is how you loose customers.” And walked out of there. It’s unbelievable how an employee didn’t allow for a 3 YEAR OLD go to the bathroom! I will no longer be...

This place is too expensive. I paid 25 bucks for 3 single scoops in a cup. Never again. I wish at least 1 person spoke English there. I'm native American and they kept speaking Spanish to me and didn't even try to understand me. Crazy how none of the prices were posted on the menu and it was all in Spanish too. At least have 2 menus 1 in Spanish and...
