El Taco Imperial De Tlaxcala — Restaurant in Colorado

Delicious! Since moving here from Texas I have been trying to find a good fix for authentic Mexican street tacos. I've tried so many in my area since moving and been quite disappointed -- Until I decided to try El Taco Imperial De Tlaxcala. Its the most unassuming little white truck tucked behind what I thought was a shut down gas station - I almost missed it driving by but decided to stop and try it out. If you're from Texas you will know some of the best tacos are from small gas station setups or unassuming food trucks. This one definitely didn't disappoint.
