Rancho Alegria Restaurant — Restaurant in Federal Heights

One morning this summer I stopped here and ordered $40 worth of tacos for a group. I have been here several times as I live close by and it has always been a decent taco spot. However when I revived my order and checked the contents I only received HALF of my order. No I didn’t miss a box as they handed it to me directly. No they didn’t forget some as there was no other customers. No they weren’t making more to come out. When I asked the older female cook about the other half of my order she stammered oh oh oh and had to scramble to make the rest of my order. She thought I was in a rush and wouldn’t check. However they lost a local customer and I will recommend my friends and coworkers to AVOID this spot. There are much better and honest local spots to support.

My family and I love the food here never had an issue but I ordered food today on June 10th 2025 online and my order was taken and the charge reflected on my checking account but when we got to the restaurant it was closed I understand that their website ordering is third party but they should also have control to say whether they're open or not when I try to call them there wasn't even an answer machine to ask them to cancel the order so it looks like I'll be calling tomorrow to see what...
