This particular subway continues to provide terrible customer service. A young female working this evening made a comment under her breath once a customer said she put too much southwest chipotle. This is not acceptable when I asked her name she refused, when I asked the MOD on duty he refused as well. I told them I was going to write corporate, I used no foul language nor raised my voice. He then states he would not give his name, he then tells me he seen no issue with how she was acting. Saying "if you don't like it deal with it" when a customer says that's a lot of sauce is not acceptable. He told me he had the right to refuse service at any point in time! He snatches the sandwhich and tosses it! As I stated to him her attitude seems like she doesn't want to be here so she shouldn't be. I have never been refused service because I wanted to voice my opinion. I am asking that you review your cameras and hope that audio is available to hear and see this interaction. I under no circumstance should be denied a first name if I want to complain about what I see! Secondly no one there had on name tags or I wouldn't have asked! I will not and I do mean will not do business with an establishment whom allows this type of behavior. The manager on duty refusing to give his name??!? Saying well I'm not going to give you my name either. If he had no problem with it, that's fine but again her comment about the previous customer was unacceptable, period. Read moreWhere do I start?. This location probably won't be here much longer. I Order from here quite regularly, but not after the last two experiences. I have given this location too many chances. First off the staff members obviously don't want to be there. Don't value any kind of customer service let alone know how to be personable. Attitude from the moment you enter, until you leave. The person in charge of ordering is obviously non existent as they are always out of multiple items at the same time. Today they were out of Jalapeños, flat bread, and the steak for the Philly. And who knows what else as those were just the items from my order they didn't have. Lastly if you do decide to eat here, and you want to order online for the deals, make sure you order it in the parking lot and go immediately inside to supervise the preparation of your food or it's guaranteed to be wrong. The other day had the titan turkey, didn't arrive in time to supervise and it was a mess. Salad basically. Half didn't have cheese and 1 slice of turkey. Today ordered 50% extra meat $2.49 and wouldn't have received it if I wasn't standing there. And obviously had to change one whole sandwich as they didn't have the flat bread or steak for the Philly. Went in for my usual lunch order when I was back at work to find out it had new management. The only reason they even got one star is because I can’t choose 0 stars.. this very quickly became the WORST subway I’ve ever been to!!! The “manager” is an extremely rude horrible person, she barely put any meat on my sandwich at all, she burnt the bread, she was disgusting looking and had no manners. I was a daily customer I work right down the street and usually they gave me a discount for working so close at their post office she refused to give me the discount I usually received every day and I will never go back here because of her… and like I said I was a daily customer.
