We like to shop local, but won’t here again. NOT kid welcoming. My mother took three of her grandchildren in there who were all well behaved and absolutely loves books. They didn’t feel welcomed at all. The two women in there were short with my daughter and disinterested in helping her find a book. She felt like she was bothering them. They also refused to let my very sweet, tiny, 4 year old autistic niece use the bathroom when she was about to have an accident. This is a little child! They actually told her to go to the police station which is a lengthy ways down the road, esp for a grandmother with her three grandchildren! They had spent money and respected the space, but we will not shop in there again. My daughter was so disappointed as she had been asking for weeks to go in there...

Instead, they basically put her series in an obscure corner of their store, no lable or biography visible, never featured her on their website or social media, then told her nobody was interested. Not the largest store so depending what you are looking for you may not find it (though I didn't ask but they offer to get books for you). They have a fantastic selection of the classics in nice hard cover editions. I know if I was looking for one in particular I would circle back here.
