I was referred to Sawyer Jewelers as my husband and I wanted to get a new wedding set for me. I called and spoke to Meagan to ask some questions, she was so nice, she made me feel that my business was appreciated, and even asked my name and when I would like to come in as she asked what I was interested in etc. When we arrived, Meagan had some rings all ready for us to look at, and we felt so welcomed, and again that our business was very much appreciated, and important. The owner Chip even come over and introduced himself, and shook our hands, and we talked a bit, and he as well was so down to earth, friendly and made us feel appreciated. You rarely find that kind of service now days and we also appreciate that very much. We did pick out the most beautiful wedding set. They have a very beautiful large selection but it was really the service alone that we received that sold us for sure! Meagan is very knowledgeable, and skilled, and I never felt uneasy when I asked her questions, as she knows what she is talking about. We trusted Sawyer right from the moment I called, from the moment we walked out. They even gave us a nice bottle if wine to show their appreciation. What a nice touch! We live a little ways away, but even though there are Jewelers closer to home that we have been to in the past, you may as well say they have lost our business, and really should get some training from Sawyer on how to treat people, it really makes a huge difference as great service is very important to us and sadly to say so hard to come by anymore. We loved our experience there and will be sure to do all future business with Sawyer Jewelers, so glad we were referred sice we did not even know about them before this. we want to just say thank you again for your wonderful service and my beautiful ring! Cannot say enough, love this place. Terri and Dale in...
Read moreNowadays, when I get old-fashioned customer service and a genuine interest in building a relationship that far outlasts a simple transaction, I’m nearly alarmed. It catches me off guard because it is becoming so infrequent. But today I was absolutely blown away by the EXPERTISE, knowledge and care as provided by Tatianna and the proprietor himself, Chip.
I am in the process of buying a ring for my lovely Lisa and I was steered toward Sawyer by my mother who lives in neighboring Linden. I’m coming from Oakland County and so I can’t say it was convenient but, boy-oh-boy, am I glad I made the trek from Keego Harbor. More than that, I’m grateful.
These folks are old-school jewelers and aren’t interested in a quick sale. They have consulted me and provided a number of options to fit my budget and to ensure the longevity of the ring, but also our business relationship.
I could go on, but what I want to do is urge you to call or go and meet these fine people if you are even considering a purchase, repair, appraisal or whatever you need. This is first class, A+ service and anything a big box retailer would provide is guaranteed to fall short of Sawyer.
Thank you, Tatianna and Chip. I appreciate...
Read moreYesterday my friend and I were out and about in Fenton, so I asked her if we could stop at Sawyer Jewelry Store to have a Miraculous Medal put on a new gold chain that I had purchased. I thought I could do it myself, but that was a mistake...LOL...as I am old and half blind. I asked if they could attach the medal as I waited. Within like 5 min I had my Miraculous Medal on my new chain and back on my neck. I was so elated!!! I wasn't sure if I would get the opportunity anytime soon to get back to the store . We had stopped at 2 other stores in neighboring towns but, they couldn't help as there was no jeweler in their store at the time to work on it. The best part was that Sawyer Jewelry didn't even charge me for their work or time. I know they will be blessed for being so kind to an old lady. Keep Sawyer Jewelers in mind for any work you need done, or jewelry you need to purchase. I know I will be back. It is a beautiful store with caring and great customer service. Thank you so much again!!! You...
