Terrible customer service.

The two ladies working 11/23 at about 6:40 PM, told my wife they didn’t know how to return an item she had purchased, when she had the receipt and had just picked the item up the day before. When she asked them if there was a customer service number they could call, they told her “can’t you call”. She was very upset and said they were very rude. This is our second experience with rude customer service from employees from this store and will not be buying anything else from this store which is unfortunate.

On the positive side, after spending about an hour in the store, customer service online was able to refund money in 3 minutes and ended up letting us keep the item as an apology for the rude...

Hands down the best Hallmark store around. Not only do they have a wonderful selection, they have the absolute best in customer service and the kindest associates. Would travel miles to get to this store, but luckily we don’t have to. Thank you, ladies for being the absolute best and being willing to go above and beyond! Visited most...
