I was really looking forward to trying Crumbl for the first time and even drove an hour just to visit the Fenton location—but unfortunately, it was a huge letdown. When I walked in, I stood at the counter for three full minutes while one of the employees carried on a personal conversation with her coworker. No greeting, no acknowledgment—nothing.

When she finally came over, the first thing out of her mouth was, “Do you have an online order?” I said no, and instead of helping me, she tried to skip over me entirely and move on to the customers behind me. When I asked for a specific cookie, she didn’t tell me it was out—just said “I don’t know why that’s out” and threw it in the trash in front of me.

I came in planning to buy a six-pack, but due to the rudeness and lack of basic customer service, I left with just one cookie. Honestly, I regret giving my money to a chain that clearly doesn’t value new customers. What a terrible experience at this store. I love crumbl cookie and frequently purchase cookies from different crumbl locations. On this occasion I decided to try having them delivered from the Fenton store. I ordered the cookies THROUGH THE CRUMBL APP and waited 1 hour to get a text saying they were delivered, which they were not. This is also after tipping the delivery driver and paying $9.99 for a delivery fee (for an order that never came). I then had to drive up to the store because their phone line “wasn’t working.” I told the employees at the pick up counter about what had occurred. The owner told me it is a door dash problem. I do not have the door dash app, let alone an account. I explained to the owner that I used the crumbl app, not door dash. The owner was not polite to me and said he was the one “being scammed.” So after paying $30 for cookies, $9.99 for shipping, and tipping a driver that stole my cookies, I received 4 cold cookies. I will not be retuning to the Fenton store or having crumbl cookies delivered again. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a...

Unbelievable experience in service .. truly... the service is a FIVE STAR... The uniqueness of seeing all the workers creating....it's a great experience!! It was the second day they were open and there are a crazy amount of people here to get their cookies. It was the first time trying this cookie for all of our little group of four and we split every cookie into eight pieces All of us had the same reaction with each cookie... ahh, its "okay".. not awesome, not great not incredible....None of us finished the experience but we all tried a bit of each of the flavors to be fair of the what if this one was great... They are not horrible, let me say that... I am NOT saying these are awful cookies.

I have bought the kitchen sink cookie and Oatmeal cookie from Panera or from Whole Foods and loved it!!

We truly believe ours maybe were undercooked....unless that's the way they do it.. inside the almost damp/ wet appearance of the cookie just didn't make for a cookie we all appreciated....

But- if you're going for AWESOME service THAT is by far a 10+...
