Was treated extremely rudely, I walked in asking to help transfer information to a new phone I was given to after going to the Verizon in Rehoboth; after my old battery life was not working on my current phone. The man I talked to told me I had water damage and that's why the color of my screen had some light problems/damage and that if I had gone to another verizon store that I would've never been allowed to get a new phone. I tried to explain I already had someone look at it and that have always been careful and I've never gotten my phone wet and the back light was starting to fade for no apparent reason (which I told the other store and they understood). in response he treated me like I was an idiot or lied (but had gone to another Verizon that checked my phone first hand) I've never had to transfer my phone information before so instead of nicely explaining that I had to just put in my iCloud information he treated me like I was dumb and told me that couldn't be done at the store. Read morePicture this: DISASTER STRIKES! You run into unforeseen circumstances at 4:15pm on a holiday weekend. Upon driving to your local Verizon store in a haste, you lose your cardinal direction skills and take a wrong turn, leaving you arrive at 4:25pm. Thinking you’re going to be the cause of innocent Verizon employees needing to stay after hours, you walk into the store with your head down.
THINK AGAIN! Zachary greets you with a grand smile and a kind heart, when he could’ve easily been frustrated for your lack of consideration. (And rightfully so).
HOWEVER! He is able to have you in and out in 30min! New upgraded phone in hand, completely transferred on the first go. (Aside from a few apps that will easily and safely install over WiFi in minutes… or on the way home if you’re alright with the data usage)

It was an hour and 45 min. visit with her patiently explaining all of our options from paying outright for the phones, taking a trade in promotion, to paying through the app. Multiple customers were coming in to the store, and the phone was ringing ...... she gave everyone attention and let them know a time frame she would be able to help them.
