Excellent in every aspect . They use the finest cold cuts boars head provisions, the best fresh sub rolls around I believe the bread is delivered daily from Philly . Even the condiments are fresh and a full variety to build an sandwich exactly how you like it . Even better they do not skimp on the meat . They really know how to build a sandwich. Moe and his staff are great people. Very friendly on my first visit it felt like we were friends or like I’ve been a regular customer for years . They just recently opened in the shopping center on coastal highway next to the dollar general store as you come into Bethany beach from the south . I made two meals out of my sub . Went yesterday right after they opened. Ordered two Italian hoagies. There were only 2 other people waiting for food. Wait seemed a bit long for 2 8” subs. Worker grabbed the phone twice in the middle of making food and didn’t change gloves. If that’s what we saw up front, I would imagine they’re touching any and everything back there without caring while making the food. Just kind of gross. Weird vibe in there, crazy edm music going at 10am. Contents of the sub were actually pretty solid, but the bread/roll had something for about it for sure. Very rough and chewy, seemed old. Pretty sure this place gave me food poisoning yesterday. Won’t get into detail but it was a rough day after I ate that. Definitely decent food but just kind of off putting...

We were visiting Bethany in the deep off season when some of our regular spots are closed (think Armand's). We decided to try Moe's for lunch and we were not disappointed. We both ordered a Gyro and split the french fries. First of all the service was great and done with a smile. The Gyro was delicious, with just the right amount of everything, except maybe the Tzatziki sauce, but I have that complaint for most Gyro's I have ever ordered :-). Now I wished we had ordered different sandwiches so we could share and compare. Next time I will try the Cheese steak. Almost forgot, the french fries were fantastic.
