We can't say enough about EventSource! They provided the pipe and drape, bookshelves/bar backs, cocktail hour bar setups, and coat racks for our recent wedding. Suzanne and Pam (our contacts) were incredibly helpful in choosing the items that would work well for our aesthetic, and they were both respectful of the fact that we had a specific budget in mind, making great suggestions within that range. Pam came to do a walkthrough at our venue to get exact measurements of the pipe and drape that would be needed for different areas of the space. The delivery team was prompt, efficient, and courteous onsite at our venue as well. At one point, there was a question as to where something should be placed, and their team was incredibly helpful in figuring that out on the fly, onsite. Hours before my wedding we began setting our tables up - to open the silverware and find this. Heavily tarnished and pitted forks and knives. Extremely embarrassing to serve my guests with. Silver tarnishes but it can be polished, and if it is beyond polishing it needs to be retired. And if you aren’t aware of the materials you are renting out, you should make yourself aware. I would’ve rather had stainless steel than this.

After waiting 20 minutes at the door with no service when returning my rental and asked how everything went I had mentioned the silverware and showed these pictures and was replied to with “oh.. yeah”. I spent $2,000 with this company and they couldn’t care less about me as a customer. I would give this company 0 stars if allowed and would never recommend...
