Subway — Restaurant in Ferndale

Went to the this one last night the service was excellent. I Have been a few times in the past few months but this was by far the best. The two ladies that worked were fast, friendly, and accomodating. The inside is closed due to the pandemic so drive-thru only. Their were two cars ahead of me but it didn't take long at all. They greeted me when I drove up to the speaker to let me know they would be right with me (instead of just not saying anything until they got ready like some places do making you wonder if the speaker is broken) Also I could hear them clearly and they spoke I guess you could say with a positive tone (meaning they didn't sound depressed or negative like Eyeore from Winnie the pooh) I appreciated that because negativity transfers. If you ever pulled up to a drive thru and the moment the person speaks your like dang are you okay (you know what I mean). They both had masks and gloves on. Lastly my food was made perfectly. I got a wrap they didn't put to much or to little. Got some cookies which were fresh surprising to be so late. Anyway, Hope you have a good experience too....

The Store Manager has a nasty attitude I was trying to explain to her last time I came how one of her employees was treating me so no I don't want her making my food ..putting her nasty energy in my food..but she basically disregarded me and the employee continue to laugh like it was funny and I just will never go there again it's just disgusting ,, the food looked left over from the night or two before l want respect when i spend my money .tje young girl wouldn't take my order because i didnt order online.and was on the phone just rude and nasty I asked the store manager she disrespect and disregarded mt efforts got aggressive aggressive with hert one..told someone else to do it the lady she said she only get the cheese off the top and the cheese..I don't want wet used.looking food so therefore I will never go to the store because they have no respect for the people or the customers I didn't want were cheese ..I am a Earth Angel . AVOID THIS LOCATION. DO NOT EAT HERE! Firstly, this place is run down. Gutter Trashy Subway. Secondly, customer service sucks and is very terrible. And that's putting it very mildly. Thirdly, I am not sure if a franchisee owns this location or if Subway owns it. If this is a franchisee owned location. It speaks volumes of how a trashy, incompetent, low character individual can own this rundown location. How a business is run is a reflection of ownership. Do us all a favor and close this raggedy place down or put it up for sale for buyers who actually care about presentation and customer service.
