I'm fairly new to the area and needed some items to do some baking. I ran to the store and picked up some shortening, buttermilk, etc., and decided to try their Deli's hot wings.

A cute little lady immediately greeted me when I came to the deli. I told her what I wanted and she was so helpful and got my order for me. She then said do you have any produce, I said "No ma'am"... she decided to ring up my few items at the deli. She even told me how to make my own buttermilk without buying the expensive stuff! Lol I'm not too fond of grocery stores and I don't know anyone here... but to have her talk to me like we've known each other for years and just show good customer service was amazing. I'm going to stop in to see her from now on. Brookshire thank you for employing...

I'm updating my comment because a few months back I received a message from the store's upper management. They apologized and mentioned what they are doing to avoid from this happening again. I recently stopped at their store and it was a pleasant experience. We stopped coming to this store a few months back. I was preparing brisket and I needed pineapple juice. My husband went to get it, but at the store he did not know which to pick from. He was about to take a picture of two brands to send to me when the manager approached him very rudely and told him, "No pictures are allowed at my store!" My husband tried to explain, but he wouldn't listen.

Today my wife went to go pick up some items for the house and get some cash back long story short the man Rodney when asked to break the twenty waved his hand in my wifes face to leave shooing her out the store my wife then called me upset and crying because she was embarrassed I then called the store and asked to speak to the Manager and low and behold it was Rodney he the called my wife a liar and hung the phone up on me I did record it though so they couldn't call me a liar as well and will find something to do with that later all in all for asking to break a small bill from a store we spend hundreds of dollars a month at is...
