First of all this is my second time going to the Main Street Deli located in Findlay, Ohio, and I must say that this will be my last time going to the Main Street Deli. I ordered the same thing that I got on my first visit which was the create your own combo and it came up to $13.52 my condiments was mayonnaise and mustard my sandwich was drenched with a whole lot of mustard which I will be attaching the picture it was sloppy I ate it outside at my job and I was wondering why my coworkers were laughing at me when I picked up my phone I seen my face which was covered with mustard which is why they were laughing it got on my coat all on my hands I was very very very very upset. I actually asked people and told people that they should go to Main Street Deli and here it is I went back a second time and was disappointed 😡😤 What a shame I threw that sandwich away very disappointed. This is how my looked it's just a shame. Now the second picture is from my first visit do you see what I'm talking about???

Downtown Findlay was once several nondescript blocks and the courthouse. Now it’s a glowing poster child for a downtown should be. Walkable? Check. Want fine dining? Check. International cuisine? Check. Things for families? Check. Lovely and lively? Check, check. A place that’s retro with cultural zing and…arcade games? Yep. I stumbled on this place an hour before it closed. I was hannnngry. So, perhaps a soup and sandwich would hit the spot before hitting I-75. But it’s a bit more memorable here. It’s a deli/arcade/bakery/gathering place that sorta feels like stepping back into the early 90’s. There’s a really big sandwich menu section due to a vast abundance of ingredient choices. Aiden and Ren were behind the counter working hard, and the food (I ordered The Emperor and their clam chowder) was Ever So Yum. Next door is a full arcade in addition to some arcade games on the deli side. Really nice concept by the founders/owners in the heart of downtown.

Was ok… kale salad was to go, no dressing on it and sucks as ya don’t find out until you get home… kale was also yellow, old but stuff made my teenagers likely and don’t know what fresh kale looks like. My Mom’s salad very little chicken, looked a bit better she had the Mediterranean and had dressing.. Weird no dressing on the kale apple crunch or at least given some? WTH and sure hate tipping before you even try the food. Overall not impressed- won’t be back…

Quaint, downtown sandwich shop/deli with counter service. I was greeted promptly by a friendly gentleman who offered me a menu to review. My order was freshly and quickly prepared.

The highlight was the Fresh baked bread which was very tasty—I had the marbled rye and it was very delightfully soft and generously thick-sliced. This was on my sandwich which had roast beef, cheese, and a horseradish sauce. Sandwich was served with chips and a pickle spear. I also had the butternut squash soup, surprisingly sweet but very thick and tasty with a beautiful orange color. Their soda fountain was out of order, but they have bottled/canned drinks as well as a few “fruity” drinks (I had “Strawberry Hibiscus Fresca.”)

Please note the bar and arcade next door have different hours and are not available at lunch time.

The deducted star was for cleanliness. Although the kitchen itself met expectations (I saw gloved hands, etc) my table was dirty and sticky (both to the touch and visibly after looking closer) and there were other visibly dirty tables that needed to be wiped off. Further, the bathroom had an unpleasant odor and the paper towel dispenser was not functional. I also did not see any hand sanitizer anywhere for customer use.

Overall 4/5, would visit again, but hope the owners see this review and enhance the cleanliness of...
