Meridian Closets — Local services in Fishers

We moved into our new home in July 2014. The builder installed wire racks in the panty for storage. My wife used plastic on the shelves so items would sit without falling over. A friend of ours, with the same model home, had Meridian Closets install their pantry organizer and the women was so excited that she showed her pantry first thing on any tour of their home. We discussed about doing the same to our pantry but my wife was hesitant as she thought the organizer would not store as much and would cost too much. After some research I found Meridian Closets' pricing to be less than several other units. So for Christmas of 2014 I gave my wife a certificate to purchase a pantry organizer. Meridian Closets provided several options to customize the organizer to my wife's liking. Once installed she found it held more, provided better vision and access to her supplies, and the drawers to be exceedingly useful. Now she, like our friend, always shows people her panty when touring our home.

We found Meridian Closets to be very customer focused and friendly. They listened to what my wife wanted or believed she needed and then they did everything possible to meet or exceed her expectations. The installers were timely, professional, friendly, and particular. I would highly recommend Meridian Closets for any home organization projects, be it pantry, closets, garage, laundry...

My wife and I recently moved from a 3,300 sq. ft. home to a 1,500 sq. ft. townhouse in downtown Indianapolis. We had tons of storage space and closets in our old house, this place.....not so much. We have two small closets, one for each bedroom, and that's about it....not even a coat closet at the entry for coats and jackets.

We worked with Megan at Meridian closets and she drew up a nice design to maximize the space in our teensy closets. We had seen a sample of their work in the model of our builder, but the concept they created for us was tailored to our specific needs.

Two installers came on the day we scheduled, were very nice and respectful of our new home, and installed both closets in four or five hours.

Needless to say, we're thrilled. The shelving and hanging rods take advantage of every square inch of space, even the tops of the shelving allow us to put seldom used items nine feet off the floor. My wife had a jewelry drawer added....which she loves, and I had the pull-out hanging rod option included, so we can hang clothes when we're packing for a trip or vacation.

If we moved again tomorrow I would have Meridian Closets refit the next place in a heartbeat. Not cheap, but...

I really loved how I was able to send my dimensions and pictures of my spaces prior to an in-home consultation-such a huge time saver. Alex had great attention to detail and created beautiful organizational spaces for two walk-ins and a pantry. We had a specific date in mind for project completion. Unfortunately, no one showed up on the first day of installation. I notified Alex and she promptly contacted the shop to resolve the issue to the best of her ability. Knowing all spaces needed to be completed by the next day, she was able to locate additional installers so the project would be completed on time, which was a huge relief. The installers were top-notch! Chris and Scott kept us laughing and worked extremely hard to complete the project by the end of the day. I was so appreciative that Alex even checked in on the weekend to see how everything went! We are so pleased with the final results. Do not hesitate to book with them-we wish we would have done...
