STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I Lost $300 and they won’t fix my hair!
I love how she got a bad review 3 weeks ago and then got 2 good reviews right after. Let’s see if she’ll get 2 more good reviews after this post.

I came in and requested what I texted. At the time, my birthday was in 2 weeks. She explained to me because I wash my hair frequently, the color I chose may not stay that color by my birthday. Because she said that, I was at lost at what I wanted and she couldn’t suggest well of what I should do. She showed me varies of pictures and colors and none of the pictures were highlights, they were all over colored pink/red hair. This is where the miscommunication happened. At this point, we couldn’t do the hair color I wanted so I told her let’s just do all over reddish pink with blonde highlights. My understanding is that my whole hair was going to only be two colors. She misunderstood me and thought that I still wanted what was in the picture even though she told me that wouldn’t be a good idea. When she finished, the front looked decent and I immediately pointed out that I was not happy with the dark roots and asked if I could come back. She states that if I want to come back to fix that, then I can come back in a week. When I got home and lifted my hair, there was pink highlights, blonde highlights and black roots. I had four different colors in my hair. I have been trying to wash it out, and the picture is now the result. very light pink, and if you lift up my roots, there is bright pink under my hair. when I tie up my hair. I have four different colors that are more visible. I reached out to her and to one of the stylist there and none of them are willing to fix my hair, they said their schedules are booked up I tailor, understand that if I make a mistake, I would fix for my customer or work in the middle with them to figure out how to fix the situation if my customer is not satisfied. especially since I paid $300. They are individually subcontractors, that is the worst part that I learned today that I will never work with a subcontractor stylist because if they don’t want to fix it, they will not fix it and there is no Insurance of content in the business. Even if she did what I requested, it does not look good!!! Whatever she is lying about to the others, it simply completely DOES NOT LOOK GOOD. Read moreafter hearing about my friends experience with a stylist here - it's left a horrible taste in my mouth and brides should be warned. she booked a stylist for her hair for her wedding - this was to be at my friends home - simple style; down& curls. this was agreed and a contract was signed. the contract did state "OFF SITE WEDDING CONTRACT". it was never said anywhere that there was a minimum of girls that needed to get their hair done. fast forward to now a couple months before the wedding- the stylist has reached out saying since it's just the bride getting her hair done that she was going to have to come the salon morning of instead and that she'd be sending her a new contract to sign. my friends wedding is on a sunday / brunch style - there is absolutely no way that she could go there. my friend had asked for the deposit back since there is just no way that that can work and the stylist has refused since the contract was signed. Read moreUnbelievable. I've had an appointment for months (pre-and post COVID) and today, 3 hours before the appointment, Leslie Donn cancelled. She informed me of the new expedited salon service with no blow dry today, 4 hours before the appointment. I expressed (politely and professionally) concern that the outcome of the color and cut will be unreliable with the "no blow dry" policy. She responded; "Honestly, you have been the only client in our salon to be frustrated by our policy" I happen to know several other clients and know that is definitely not the case. She then threatened to reschedule. When I wasn't willing to reschedule, she said she was cancelling the appointment. Clearly a ego issue. She may even be overworked.
