Gateway Events at Round Room — Local services in Fishers

This is a large venue with a gorgeous lobby area. I have been able to hold multiple team meetings here and received great feedback from attendees! I ran a hybrid in-person and remote meetings and the technology in the center worked very well! The air conditioning can be very loud so you will need to use the microphones in the venue to be heard consistently.

I love the inclusive restrooms and extra break out rooms that are available! These features really increase the flexibility of the space! I have been able to run training events much easier at this event center. I have also helped host a baby shower at this space as well. No matter what event you are planning there is an indoor space, outdoor space, large, or smaller options available.

I can't say enough good things about the high level of kindness and professionalism provided to my family and myself by Sharon O'Haver, the event coordinator for Gateway Events at Round Room. She guided my sister and her children through a sensitive time planning a Celebration of Life service after my brother-in-law's passing. She did it with a keen, but very delicate, focus on bringing together the vision the family had which was wholly based on my brother-in-law's expressed wishes for what he wanted for the event. The amenities and space were spotless Sharon was incredible in her attention to detail, follow up, organization, and suggestions. Awesome place to host parties / meetings. It is right off the 69 exit and easy to access and get back to the freeway. Extremely clean and nice big party hall. The lobby is very classy and neatly maintained. We hosted a birthday party and the manager is extremely helpful and nice. Easy to work with and you will be in awe of this place. All the guests appreciated the hall and its location and it's massive in size and you will not feel claustrophobic at all. Great place to host parties and Sharon is an excellent human being...
