I recently visited Niyyah Coffee in Fishers, and it was a truly enjoyable experience. The coffee shop's intention-driven approach is reflected in every aspect, from the carefully crafted drinks to the welcoming atmosphere.

Cannot say enough great things about Niyyah! It is worth the trek for me as I drive about and hour and a half to get coffee (and sometimes a pastry).

Their coffee is wonderful without milk or milk alternatives, and I find this marks a great cafe when they do not have to hide their quality behind milk and syrups.

Despite this, among the many items I have tried, I believe the Bumble(cinnamon, honey, and cardamom) is my favorite flavored drink they serve. I recommend it as a cortado because it comes in a quaint clear glass mug with beautiful latte art on top. Pictured is their cortado flight, which is three flavored cortados of your choice.

For the non-coffee folks there are matcha, chai, fruit smoothie, and sparkling tea options to enjoy. The froot loop iced matcha is certainly something to try, along with their blue bay sparkling tea.

On my last visit I met the owner and chatted with him for a while. He was very kind and gracious, and I tried to persuade him to build a location on the west side of Indianapolis, ha.

The baristas are kind as well, knowledgable about the menu and making recommendations, and excellent at latte art and making drinks.

While in Fishers I had a late night coffee craving. We went to Niyyah Coffee and had an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and Shamyl, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Shamyl’s kindness and attentiveness truly made the visit special.

I had a flat white, and it was exceptional. What really stood out was their signature Niyyah milk—it added a unique richness and creaminess to the coffee that I’ve never experienced before. The flavor was smooth, balanced, and absolutely delicious. It’s clear that they put a lot of thought and care into their ingredients.

Even though I’m not typically a matcha person, I decided to give it a try, and I was pleasantly surprised. The matcha was well-prepared, with a perfect balance of earthy and sweet notes. It’s a testament to how skilled they are at crafting drinks, even for those who might not usually enjoy certain flavors.
