Do not deal with this place, I went in a bought a laptop at 1:20pm. Had the computer for 20-25 minutes. First I had to call in to get the password cause they didn't give it to me when I bought it. When I got it opened, I had a screen pop up that was blue and said we had an issue with something and needed to restart. I didn't think nothing of it so I let it restart. After the restart I got it linked with the wifi. Then it restarted 2 more times when trying to install Google crome as it didn't come with it already. So I shut the lid and drove back to the store. Khristopher the manager gave nothing but attitude with me like I did something wrong. And when at the store when the lid was opened it elwas all I Spanish. I was told I did that and he would just refund me the money. Further more I paid with debit so they got their money right away but now here I sit having to buy a new one cause now there is no reason to trust a pawn store any more these days and have to wait and can not complete my work cause I have to wait to buy a new one at full price. To follow up this place is shady, they want your money but make you feel small, stupid. To top it off I was will to pay the full price at $114 but they gave me a discount to $90. I should have caught on then considering the tag on it was dates 4 months prior. So it's been sitting there awhile, I would be surprised if they did something to it before I even took it from the store cause the lady went into the back with it before ringing it in the system. Was in the Dell's for the weekend with my family and was short of money so I went to Pawn America to pawn my computer. When I got there, there was one person at the counter and I waited for the guy to finish up. Afterwards, the customer turned around and said that I would have to go elsewhere because his computer was down. Mind you I used my last 5 dollars to get there and I didn't have data on my phone for gps. The guy behind the desk told me I could go to EZ Pawn and that it was only 3 miles away. Wrong. Just to get to the helpline it was 5-1/2 miles. 3 people gave me wrong directions at different gas stations and Pawn America and finally the last gas station off of Post and Fish Hatchery got me there. I only waited 2 mins for the lady behind the desk to help me. She had long dark brown hair and was very friendly. I got more than I would have at Pawn America and they pay out in cash. If you get over $250 at Pawn America, they pay you in a check. So all in all I was in and out quickly and was extremely happy with the outcome. They have no idea what they’re doing in there. I called about my Nintendo switch. I am about two months late. I got $100 for it, and the interest was about $20 a month. So I called to ask them if it was possible for me to come and pay for it and get it back. They went and looked and then came back and told me that they have it in inventory and that I can buy it from them. I asked them how much they were selling it for and they told me $179. Now, I was willing to pay $140 to get it back today . And they said no thank you. I really think that was a mistake On their part.
