I cannot begin to put into words the love Abby has for life; human, animal, reptile and all life! We were blessed to find her at a small business close to our new home. Abby has always been loving with our pup and us, which was evident from the first appointment! He hated having his nails cut, so she took the extra time to grind them. Living on an acre, we had specific needs for his grooming, with which her help, we perfected together! Our boy is now 13, and Abby is so very patient with him. He is a crabby old man, and she allows him to bite her rather than muzzle him! She works many hours attempting to accommodate as many pets as possible, and ensures anyone working for her holds that same love of animals so they will be treated with respect. Paid $150 each for our two Ragdoll cats to get full-service grooming, including tub baths, nail clips, and specific cuts. The baths — our main reason for booking — were never done, and no one called to tell us. Price was dropped to $100 each after I called, but both cuts look unfinished.

The first picture is my female cat, who had no mats and only needed a sanitary cut and trim. The second picture is my male cat, who had deep mats — the tub bath and proper grooming for him was our top priority.

After our dog groomer suddenly and unexpectedly closed we were recommended Abby's 1st experience was wonderful, 2nd not as wonderful but still not terrible. 3rd time was not a charm today. To make an appt you have to play phone tag and are then told they don't have an opening for over a month. After waiting our month my husband was late getting there today. They called me 18 minutes after his appointment, I missed the call and left a voicemail saying they probably could not get him in today. I called back 22 minutes after his appointment and they already called in another customer. Knowing how booked up you you could at least give someone 5 mins to call back. We will not...
