Hi how are you today? This is how every customer is greeted. This is how each customer is cared for. The women working Soul Unique don't show preference to size or style as evidenced by all of the choices and options. The pictures posted are just a glimpse of everything available. There are so many trendy items you can create super cute, ultra flattering outfits (ask for help if you're lost!). They also have lots of shoes although I was unable to snap any pictures.

During my time in the (spacious) dressing rooms (also pictured), I heard the staff engaging with so many women. This is one of those places where the women really support and want other women to look and feel their best. You can feel it when you go in.

The store does not smell like other consignment shops and thrift stores. It is very clean and well lit. Parking can be a bit of a pain depending on the time you come.

Let's be real: You're searching because you're interested in selling, right? Girl's gotta have cash! I totally get it. That's why I sell with Soul Unique. They've made it incredibly easy for me to hone in on my inner-Marie Kondo and earn store credit at the same time. They've taken out all of the hard work of selling. No more creepy/awkward Marketplace meet-ups or no shows. Just pure pleasure and enjoyment. Now, the most difficult part of selling is cleaning out your closet and hauling the clothes to the storefront. I loved and supported this shop from the beginning! I sold hundreds of dollars in clothes and never took money out—spent it all in new items there! I introduced many friends to the shop and have family members who also shop there regularly. I had a large sum of money on my account and was encouraged by previous employees to keep it in my account and spend it. They KNEW I was pregnant. I told them before publicly announcing (we were first name basis—regulars.) I wasn’t coming as much for a bit because they don’t have maternity clothes. I went in today to check my account and hoping to get some new post-baby clothes and spend what I had left and it was gone. The previous owner STOLE $61 from me before selling the shop. There was never an issue with my money being left in my account and spending it slowly. If there was some “policy” about it “absorbing” after so long, there’s NO excuse for not calling a loyal customer to let them know there is a large amount that needs to picked up by a certain date. My husband went in to buy me gifts, even, during that time frame and never touched my account because it was mine to spend. The new owner is sweet as can be and the shop is beautiful with great items/prices, but I will not be back, as there’s no reason to take money from your consigners without notice of time running...

Hands down, not only competitive pricing, but truly genuine people. This was my first time there and probably my favorite and best first impression in any small business. The owner was there working side-by-side with her co-worker and they were extremely busy and neither one we're distracted from the most important thing which was the client. They welcomed me with open arms made me feel at home and very confident about what I was choosing to buy and where.
