Update 2021-12-10 I appreciate the offer for a free voucher however I did not accept it. This is just my personal preference not to accept vouchers in response to negative feedback - doesn't feel right to me.
I'm not entirely sure how training could have resulted in the yogurt parfaits being so nearly empty for months without someone noticing. I lean more towards cost-saving efforts in a bad economy but I've been wrong before of course.
That said, I came through today and ordered another parfait among other things. They've certainly corrected the issue in store. They had no way to know when I would come through (Let's face it, neither did I) so it looks to me like the problem has been remediated. Good on you for listening to your customers.
I used to rave about this location. Unfortunately in the last year it has declined. The staff is polite and fun so this is not about their attitudes in any way - they're great people. The low rating is based on it taking ~30 minutes to get through the drive-through despite there only being 4 other vehicles ahead of me, and the poor food quality. A year ago, a yogurt parfait was a good chunk of food in a cup from here, much like the advertised image. Now however it is simply 2 or 3 blueberries & some of the syrup for the fruit, a tablespoon-sized scoop of yogurt, topped off with a disproportionate amount of granola on top (see photo from today's visit vs the advertised image). I noticed this "skimp" several months ago and had hopes it was just temporary however I believe this is the way they will continue...
Read moreWe ordered a couple drinks (iced tea and the avalanche iced coffee), 2 muffins, 1 bagel with cream cheese, and 2 bagel sandwiches. The taste of the food was pretty good. However, they didn't take our name or give us a number. They just call out what is ready. They called out a sausage and egg on asiago (my dad's order) but it was immediately grabbed by another customer. We didn't know if it was theirs. The other 2 bagels were ready, and the people who ordered after us got their food. I ask about the last sandwich because the rest of us were almost done eating, and they said it was almost ready. Several minutes later they say a sausage and egg on everything is ready, and we say that's not our order. They check the receipts because I guess they didn't believe us and said someone else might have taken our food. My dad wanted to leave without his food because everyone else had finished, but we obviously wanted everyone to eat. It took a ridiculous amount of time, and it could all have been avoided if they just called names. It's also possible they just made the sandwich on the wrong bagel, but it still would have taken a long time since every item came up separately several...
Read moreUsually I love Biggby across all locations but this one does not hold up to the others. I have never had issues with other stores being consistent and my drinks always taste the same, which is why I love them over Starbucks. I went to this location yesterday for 2 drinks. One they made incorrectly as a hot beverage when I had told them frozen and then were not able to fix it because they turned the machines off before it was even time for the store to close. Beyond that, the drink was terrible and didn’t taste remotely how it normally does. They offered for me to come back and have my drink remade tomorrow but this location is 40 minutes from where I live. At which point they gave me a couple $2 off 24 oz beverage coupons and when I asked if they could be used at other locations they said they were pretty sure…they cannot be used elsewhere, I tried. The second drink tasted like someone had lit the coffee on fire and poured cream over it. I threw away $17 worth of undrinkable coffees. No one will answer the phone at this location for me to attempt to...
