I am very disappointed with my experience and hope this message does not go unnoticed by business and franchise decision makers.

With this rude and demeaning experience I will be purchasing my health needed exercise equipment from another business or from an on line vendor.

After negotiating a trade in credit on 9/9/11 for a Powerhouse 1950 weight bench , on my second visit on 9/11/25 to deliver as was agreed, and purchase stationary cycling equipment from them I was NOT at all satisfied with my experience with their "manager on duty" and found the company policies are not communicated to employees. The "manager" in my option was rude and didn't even look at the equipment and insisted that I (a Senior citizen w/ COPD) assemble the equipment in the store for him. I was told by another employee after receiving a quote on 9/9/25 (trans# 138768) that that assemble would not be necessary as long as all the components were delivered. I made sure before I made the this second 30 minute trip to the store in Florence KY that all the parts were included and I actually cleaned and shrink wrapped the components for their inspection. He (the manager) never even looked at the equipment he was refusing. I felt as though he wanted me to do his job and assemble this large piece of workout equipment for him. Upon my refusal to assemble he told me to leave and have a nice day in a "smartass" tone. Other employees had witnessed his actions as well.

FYI, I had been doing business with and actually purchased this equipment and made other purchases from Play It Again at their old location on Mall Rd in Florence in Beginning in 2002.

I don't expect I'll be returning or recommending friends and family to do business with this organization in the future.

My partner went to buy one on red bank as we bought an elliptical many years ago from them and it was a great experience. This time he got no help and so we came to this store. The sales person was helpful, professional and obviously cared whether we were happy so we would be happy to spend our money…. Thank you.. please send someone to red bank to train :)

In any event this was a sure thing and we left with a nearly 1k$ purchase.. thank you for making this an easy experience Florence….. after red bank employees (2 chatting to themselves) wasted our time, gas and efforts

I went in the secondhand sports had secondhand equipment at first hand prices not really worth it there’s really no discounts unless it’s something that’s so beat up that they’re just trying to get rid of I highly recommend just buying new why buy something used when you can buy something new at around the same price I understand that you have to make money but at the same time you don’t go out and buy a Used car and expect to pay 3/4 of the price or full price you expect some kind of deal I saw zero deals I saw a 50 pound weight that was two dollars per pound Walmart has the same weight for under 2 Dollars per pound so all in all I would say shy away from this store look online look on craigslist that would be...
