Taco Bell — Restaurant in Florence

Horrible experiences tonight I go there to pick up a online order to use a reward I had for a free drink I put on there I wanted fire sauce and I show up there I tell them my name and I politely ask if I can order more food cause I didn’t have a lot money on more card to add more food but i had cash so anyways I ask they say no I have to go back around and order I just wanted two crunchy tacos no big deal I’ll go back around so I do and I’m waiting in the drive thru for over 5 mins cause the line I get up to the drive thru I order my two Crunchy tacos I say I want a regular one and a Doritos loca supreme but I change it and tell her I actually just want the regular supreme crunchy taco so I tell her that she changes it on the screen and I tell her fire sauce and she adds that I pull up get my regular crunchy taco and supreme crunchy pull off and drive 10 min back home I didn’t check cause I assumed my order was simple and easy and nothing be wrong I get back home open up my bag and see one regular crunchy tacos and they gave me a soft taco supreme even tho I paid more money for the crunchy they gave me the wrong one and no fire sauce at all for either order the online and the drive thru and I requested for both I tried calling 3 times no answer ain’t this point I just gave up and took the L and normally I don’t write reviews like this and go to that taco Often and get good service but today was just a lot dumb mistakes that...

I don’t normally like to leave negative reviews, but my latest experience was so time consuming that I felt compelled to. I placed an online order through the app. 4 food items in total and a drink. It said it would be ready by 7:43PM. I get there and wait for a bit. 7:53PM comes and goes without a word. A few minutes later, it was finally brought out, not called out by name, but she just asked if someone in the building had an order. I asked if it was mine by name, she seemed confused but handed me the bag. There were two items missing, so I let her know. Another 15 minutes go by. Needing to leave to get somewhere on time, when she brought out the other customer’s orders I asked her if they were working on my missing items to which the same person said not yet, they were working on getting the drive thru orders taken care of. She seemed stressed, left alone to scramble back and forth between the front and the kitchen to let the customers know what was going on. I told her I had to leave, having waited roughly half an hour at this point. She asked for two minutes, but I was simply out of time. Always great food and Great service. This review has to have some clarification because not all taco bells have great service. The taco Bell on Mount Zion Road has terrible service right now. I recently went through there and everything I ordered was not even warm when I got home and I only live about 5 minutes away from there. I actually grabbed something out of my bag and try to eat it on the way home and I was only maybe a minute away from the taco Bell in Mount Zion with my order and I ordered a chili cheese burrito and it was cold already. I suppose he forgot to steam it or something. You don't let food go out the door or the window like that. You have to take pride in what you are doing. Even though you're slinging tacos for a living you have to at least do it right and take pride in your work as a human being. Not only that but the person that is handing out the food should check somewhat through it to make sure things are up to temperature. Obviously that wasn't done.
