Treasures — Local services in Florence

Have been in twice and looked at the same necklace. After 1st visit I requested that the necklace be repaired before I purchase it. It was missing a piece of opal. I was in again 4 months later and looked at the necklace to purchase. The repairs were not done and it was back in the show case for sale. I ask again could they repair it because I wanted to buy it as a gift for a Bride. It has now been 2 months I have heard nothing. I ask them to call me when repairs were done and that I needed it by June 15th 2023. Their phone numbers both online and on the business card go nowhere. Not good business people. Beautiful jewelry but be sure to look things over carefully! I am sure they put that necklace back in the showcase needing repair. Don't expect any repairs...
