Ross Plaza — Local services in Florida

Miss Gloria is rude she does not know her job and the manager backs her up when they are completely wrong. I returned some items and was told to sign my name on the top of the line when it clearly says customer signature on the bottom of the page and that's why I want to sign that she argued back and forth with me for over 2 minutes about signing the paper at the top line then she proceeded to have the manager come over and the manager told her she did it right her face expression told it all she could not even apologize to me I don't know if it was because I was black or she didn't want to be wrong. But it seems after I said to her that she's owed me apology the manager said everybody does it differently you just said over 2 minutes ago that she did it wrong. Furthermore she is slow as heck. I don't even understand why she's at the register it took her 30 minutes to do my whole order. This store is ridiculous they need better staff and clearly they need to go over the training of how to return items because they're not falling Dollar tree rules and...

This is MY ULTIMATE FAVORITE PLAZA EVER! Because it has EVERYTHING I NEED & WANT! Starteing w/my Primary Dr.Sanka who is AMAZEING & HAS A WONDERFUL LOVEING STAFF..ESP MARTA & LUZ~Then the Dr is VERY THOROUGH W/HIS EXPLANATIONS & SHOWS HE CARES & IS EASY TO TALK TO. THEN THERES Sage Pharmacy Which is THE BEST MOM N POPS FAMILY LOVEING PHARMACY IN TAMPA BAY! And GOLDS GYM Which I Need to go to..but its open 24hrs..Then OFCOURSE The Dollar Tree Which is HUUUGE Where that Club Used to be at...AND Even has a Frozen food seccionALL FOR ONLY $1 Each! And Ofcourse who could forget MARSHALLS to get some good clothes & Dress up your crib too& theres much more places and also a Super Huge Church RIGHT ON THE CORNER where the Albertsons used to be! I have gone to every Ross in the city of Tampa Florida and this by far is the worst one of them all. The staff is rude the store is cluttered and customer loyalty is not showing appreciation. Now I am not disgruntled because I absolutely love Ross it is my favorite store to shop. But this Ross is a mess. The management is very unprofessional and talk to customers like we're not keeping them employed with our business. I only hope that corporate reads these reviews. Because they really need to do something about this joke of a store. Don't even waste your time going to that one.
