El Churrascaso Grill Tampa — Restaurant in Citrus Park

I went here for dinner the atmosphere was not bad but the music was too loud and I couldn't even have a conversation with my date because of both the loud music and the louder guests (even though I know the restaurant has no fault for other people). I had a filet mignon and a strawberry mojito. Mojito was loaded, like I'll give them that, their alcohol is on point! What turned this possible 3 star dinner (because of the loud atmosphere giving it negative points and the alcohol giving it positives) was both the actual dinner and the very rude manager. This being a steakhouse (or advertized as one) I ordered a medium rare filet mignon. I received a blue to rare filet mignon, like I can accept a rare steak or a medium steak but if the steak is basically uncooked and raw how do you expect me to eat it? I sent the steak back asking for it to be cooked just a tad more. It returned by the manager as well done and he said he cooked it himself. I asked him for a new cut since it clearly was well done and I asked for medium rare, so I get a new steak again blue. At this point being frustrated I asked for medium, just make it pink in the middle. It was returned to me medium well, and when I tried eating it, it tasted like it was doused in propane or lighter fluid. When the manager brought it back, he simply threw it on my table with a very annoyed facial expression, then went into the kitchen to talk about me in spanish as he'd think I can't understand what he was saying. I personally won't be returning at least not for the food, and I warn others to do the same, but its your money so...

I used to love this place and we loved to come here often but unfortunately the service is going downhill badly. Our service took 1 hour and 45 minutes for a couple and a child. After being seated we waited for 25 minutes and nobody took care of us, not even for water . After my complain the waiter comes unapologetic and takes the order. I provided the whole order: appetizers, main and drinks. After that we had to wait another 45 min, the food came finally . Meat was tasty but was already getting cold, for a moment we were optimistic that the experience was not going to be so bad. We asked for the bill and again they made us wait another 25 -30 minutes to run the credit card. Our waitress literally did not want to take care of us and evade us again and again , it was obvious!. Only until our little boy broke a glass is when they finally noticed we were basically abandoned and waiting for so long, my child was literally exhausted of the wait. The front of the house came to apologize but we were already so upset with the bad experience that we just wanted to leave. My last time at this place, never again! this is not a cheap place they should treat good clients...

Me along with 7 other family members 3 being teenagers , 3 being adults including myself and 2 elderly. We all go in and strictly order 3lbs of meat and sides (which we were told could be enough for us) with rice, beans, and tostones. We also customized the order with extra pork instead of sausage. But after over 30 minutes of waiting we got the food and drove home (which was 30 minutes away), to find the order was wrong and we were MISSING food we PAID for. There was sausage present instead of the pork we SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED, the rice was only for one serving in a small container as well as the beans, and the order of tostones was complete absent. Yet we believed their humility could be redeeming as we called them; but instead of humility, we were met with animosity and deflection. After paying over 100$ for food the best they could do to fix their issue was to tell us they can “re-make” the food missing THAT SHOULDVE BEEN IN THE ORDER ORIGINALLY AND WANTED US TO DRIVE ANOTHER 30 minutes back to receive the food they forgot to give initially. Never again! And BTW PAY WITH CREDIT SINCE WE COULDNT...
