This just in March 12th 2025 at 8:16pm. Please add that this is my first time ordering from this business. I ordered the honey chicken wings with pork fried rice no onions leave the bean sprout and a bag of dry noodles. The total came out to $14.16. My daughter went and picked the food up for me. I get my food, I open it and I immediately noticed that the chicken appeared to be over fried and looked burnt. My daughter did say that it's most likely because the color of the sauce. I took a bite and I kid you not it was a dry crunch and the taste was not pleasant at all. Chicken was very dry and overcooked. I immediately called and spoke with a young lady in reference to my concern about my first experience and the chicken that I received. I did not have an issue with the rice. She placed me on hold and I spoke with a young lady who advise me that she was the manager. I repeated the same thing to her and she even apologized about my first experience as well as the chicken. She then told me that what she could do is make a fresh batch for me and to return what I have. Meaning I will keep my rice and she would make a fresh batch of chicken for me. I advised her that my daughter was bringing it back and I thanked her and that was it. 15 minutes later my daughter walk in the house with $14.16. I then ask my daughter where was the food. She told me that the manager said nothing was wrong with the chicken and they're not making me a fresh batch that was originally told to me over the phone. How rude is that? I understand that businesses have their ups and downs and I'm not here to bash nobody but some businesses can't phatom honest feedback. I was not to come here to put this lengthy review about this business. However, because of the outcome, of course I had to come and advise you all of my experience with them. First experience at that. Sorry but I cannot recommend anyone to support this business. I was genuine and I was respectable and I told her everything about the chicken and if she would have bit into the chicken herself maybe she would have tasted and felt the same thing that I felt on my tongue. Overall, it's just wasn't right as a business owner to disregard my concern about the food that I received. Instead, it was nothing wrong according to them. Again, the rice was fine and it was freshly cooked. The chicken was not. It was literally overcooked / over fried to the point of where the chicken was dried out and crunchy. No juice! I wish I would have taken a picture and video. I ended up ordering the same thing from Hong Kong on Waters avenue. That came out to $13.75. I also was able to add an egg and a soda for $15.75. Their sauce is of the color of honey as it should be and not of a dark burgundy color like it's barbecue sauce. It's fresh everything is good the chicken is...
Read moreIt was hard finding other reviews on line but we took a chance anyways. SO glad we did. The food was amazing! We ordered an array of things since it was our first time trying and a bit of a drive, farther than we would normally drive for take out. Let’s start with the orange chicken. It was perfectly crispy with a sweet and tangy orange sauce that was sticky yet saucy! We also ordered the hunan double, it came with beef and shrimp and lots of veggies with a side of steamed white rice. The shrimp were huge, and the rest of the dish had great flavor. We agreed that, the dish had the most veggies we had ever seen coming from a Chinese take out. I LOVE pork lo mein and have high standards when it comes to this dish! It didn’t disappoint. LOTS of pork with the perfect amount of veggies. We ordered the large and it came in a full size to go container, packed to the rim! We ordered pork egg rolls and they were crispy on the outside and the veggies were crispy in the inside. The wrapper wasn’t soggy on the inside, they know what they are doing when it comes to frying eggrolls! Last but not least, the wonton soup! The broth had a lot of flavor with a bit of zing to it. I think they may have used spicy pork for the inside of the won ton! Delicious! Give this place a try! It’s great! The owners greeted me when I came in and thanked me several times for placing my order. Run, don’t walk to try...
Read moreAwful experience. Last night we ordered 2 Kung Pao chicken over the phone and no one asked if we want them spicy or not. They were super spicy and so hot that we threw them in the trash. Gave them a call and the managers, Kim and Amey, apologized and asked us to come back the next day to give us another Kung Pao chicken which in not spicy. Today we called them and both of those ladies were out. The manager in the store told us he can not do anything unless he has their approval and that he's going to contact them and give us a call back!! No one called us back. This is not how you treat a customer. Awful experience. Dishonest staff.
The next thing that is going to happen: Their manager will go online and see this review. Then he will reply back saying: We apologize for the experience but we are awesome please get back and...
