The Peach Cobbler Factory — Restaurant in Florissant

I just happened to notice this place when I came out of Dollar General today. All cobblers are my favorite, but peach cobbler is my favorite of all. So, I was expecting a wonderful taste experience when I walked in and saw the menu. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The young man who eventually came out and took my order wasn't very knowledgeable about the item pricing. He was also not very customer oriented. No "Hello how are you may I take your order etc.."

Despite my request for a kid peach cobbler without ice cream, I received a few bites of cobbler with a larger container of ice cream. In addition, the crust was not done... it was very doughy and gooey. The few peaches I had were tasty, but a well done crunchy crust is really what makes cobblers cobbler.

I understand this is a new business and it takes time to work the kinks out. So, I will wait a few months and give it a 2nd try. However, the owner should really place more emphasis on customer oriented things like "greeting " the customers,employee training, and providing cobblers with crust that is actually done.

I would really like to see this...

I have been waiting like crazy to try this place. I was finally in the area on Sunday so I decided to drop on in. I should have kept going.... literally. FIRE the chef right NEEEOOOOWWW!!! What recipe di yall use? Couldn't have been from an elder. I got the flight that gives you 4 choices of cobbler because I couldn't decide. The 4 I got were: regular, cinnamon walnut raisin, pecan praline, and caramel apple. Lets start with the regular.... tasted like box mix for the crust, TRASH. Next up was the cinnamon raisin... the cup was overloaded with raisins and they were hard...TRASH. Praline was so full of sugar you could hear it as you were chewing. Like I was just chewing on sugar grains...TRASH. Last but not least caramel apple... straight from Schnucks! it was apple pie in a cup. STOP it ladies. Please go invest in some sisters at the church to make these cobblers because what ya'll are doing, they are not IT! I wasted my time waiting 45min to get a scoop of sugar cubes. We have got to do better we...

I read the reviews on several platforms, but decided (since I was in the area) to try it. Let me say this: The customer service was excellent! The owner and her staff (young lady) were extremely nice! They gave us samples to try (Sweet Peach Tea and Banana FLAVORED Pudding) and some history and background on the establishment/franchise. I wish we had sampled the Peach Cobbler before we purchased it, after one bite.... the only place we could put it was the trash can. All we could taste was tons of cinnamon, the commercial cobbler filling had a horrible aftertaste, it was not sweet and maybe overcooked. The cookie we purchased was not completely done and it joined the cobbler on its journey to the landfill. The Banana "Flavored" Pudding does not have real banana in it, but it tastes okay. I bought a banana to cut up and add to it. The ice cream that comes with the cobbler was decent. Sadly, The prices do not equal the product. For the owners sake, I hope the original recipes get...
