Every time I go to Feel State it’s at least a 15 minute wait after I placed my order online. My last straw was when I went the last time waited 15 minutes for them to call me to the back ,after calling me to back I need cash to pay for my order and the budtender told me the ATM was broke. Then she proceeded to tell me that if I paid with my card at the register, there would be a Transaction fee for using my card. I told the her it’s not my problem that your ATM is broke and she said the You have a fee anyway for using the ATM but my bank doesn’t charge me for ATM fees. I told her I needed to go to the ATM and get cash and she said well when you get back I will call you back so you won’t have to wait after another 15 minutes.So I went to an atm and came back with cash in hand, I saw her take many customers when she was supposed to be waiting for me .To make a long story short she never did call my name and I continued to wait for over 15 minutes so now I’ve been their for 30 minutes waiting to pay for my order and she never called my name . Because I had other things to do and didn’t have all day to wait for her I went to the front counter where they check you in and told the gentleman he can forget about my order because she never called me back. Update: The third visit was just as great as the first! I didn't see Greg this time, but I'm sure he was out there somewhere being awesome. Legina was very helpful and super friendly! As always, I was in and out of there in about 6 minutes and everything I bought weighed on point!

I tend to buy the "smalls" bags since they're cheaper than big buds and just as potent. The smalls are firm, juicy nugs, too! This time, I also took a chance on some shake. It was hard to pass up at $100 for a full oz and I like joints! The description on the website calls it "shake", but it's not purely shake. The bag lists shake, trim, kief, and bud crumbles. With that said, it's a somewhat harsher hit than you'd get from actual buds. It's very, VERY finely ground, which makes it dry, and the trim contributes to the harshness. Still, it's not for smoking in bowls, it's for rolling a whole bunch of joints without having to grind a thing or break the bank! And to that end, it's perfect! The joint smoked smooth as can be and I was flying high by the time I was halfway through it. The kief makes up for the trim and it totes a pretty high THC content. For about a third of the price compared to buds, it's a steal for any joint lover!

Absolutely great staff. It was a great atmosphere. I walked into from the time I Entered until the time I left was above satisfactory they even honored a screenshot of a mishap over their sites between them and Leafly and the manager authorized it, which I forgot to ask his name, but I will know his face and he did a very good job today definitely great customer service well above satisfactory.
