I called Little Caesars on Howdershell this evening to confirm that they offered delivery because I don't use 3rd party delivery services. They said "yes, but you need to order online." So, I placed my order online. I then went to track my order online and discovered it wasn't Little Caesars delivering but instead DoorDash. I looked to see if there was a cancel button but it wasn't offered so I called the store and spoke to the manager. The girl who answered didn't sound too knowledgeable so I asked for the manager. He got on the phone and said that I couldn't cancel because the order was already picked up. I said, "That's strange since I just ordered it 3 minutes ago" He asked, "Isn't this Cameron?" I said, "No." Then I gave him my name and he said, that I would have to cancel it online. I said, "How? There is no option offered to cancel." He then said, "Call the number." So, I looked online and as I was searching for the number, I saw that the tracker gave my delivery drivers name and number. It said Ann would be delivering my order so I tried calling Ann. A man answered and at first he said Ann wasn't available at the moment. Then he said try calling back later. I explained that I needed to speak with her about my order. For someone who wasn't my delivery driver, he sure knew about my order. I asked him how he knew if he wasn't Ann. He said that Ann wasn't feeling well and he eas helping her out. I said that I didn't want DoorDash delivering my order and needed to cancel it. He said, "Oh, you will need to cancel it online." I hung up and looked at the tracker again and and found an 800 number, called it and was kept on hold til the expected delivery time. Mind you, I was outside while doing all if this. A lady answered and I said " I need to cancel my order and" and wouldn't you know it, she hung up on me. I call back and waited on hold yet again. Finally DoorDash answers again and after providingmy first and last name, I explain to the lady what happened. About how I was trying to cancel my order and I was told I needed to do it online but that there was nothing on the site to do it. She said that once an order was placed, it couldn't be cancelled. I said, "That's great. So how long do I need to continue waiting outside for the driver to show up? She said, "It's been marked as delivered." I tell her that I am outside and have been, waiting to see if they would deliver in spite of me asking them to cancel it and that no delivery was made. After confirming my address and phone number, she then processed my request and I had to ask for the ticket number because she didn't bother to offer one . Not only did I have to go through all of this, but they said it will take 7 to 10 business days for a refund. Little Caesars should have it posted on their website before starting the delivery order that they don't personally deliver their pizzas. They should have told me this when I called and asked before placing an order. If I had known this, I wouldn't have bothered to place an order to begin with. I am really disappointed in Little Caesars customer service. And this is why I don't use 3rd party...
Read moreWe just came there for the second time to get a hot a ready pepperoni pizza and we had came in when there was a lot of people in line to order. which they did not pre order there pizza they were paying for their pizza, and we been waiting to get our pizza . but we’re seeing as we are waiting that there are cacassion people getting there pizza before us and we were the last people in the pizza place. Which happened the last time we went there and the same girl was working ( white , green highlights in her hair ) but this time we ordered 1 pepperoni pizza not fresh just a ready pizza and we saw with our own eyes that a cacassion guy come in and asked for a pepperoni pizza and she gave him the pizza out of the holding area in front of us. We did let her know and told her how we were waiting for over 10 mins more like almost 20 mins and then she gave us our pizza . Due to our experience of racial discrimination I followed up with a call with little Caesar’s manager named Vince, I told him the situation them at recently happened .and he tried to defer and deflect the issue at hand and make excuses that they were probably pre existing orders. And I kindly told him that they were not and that I “ saw “ them ordering with cash ( money ) and we as a black family had to wait 20 minutes to get the same pizza that they ordered. Sadly the manager Vince didn’t seem like he was going to do anything but when I assisted that he should pay attention on what’s going on with his worker in the front. he finally said that he would talk to her but it’s didn’t seem that he really wanted to or even cared to. I have lived in this area for over 12 years and I’ve supported little Caesar’s business here on Shackelford for over 12 years and I’ve never received this type of treatment based on my race like I have for the second time at this establishment .so I don’t know if it has come under new management or if they’re just hiring people and the workers are just caring out their own biases and mistreatment of specifically African American people . And I tried to inform the manager so that he can be aware of it and now I’m trying to inform the public so please pay attention to the treatment that you receive from this business...
Read more(For anybody wanting to work here especially up front) I came back to work here due to being in a tight spot. The “leaders” at this location need some work. I was only back for four days and I was left by myself up front every shift. They only decide to help you around 7ish. Other than that, you’re on your own making bread, puffs, wings, taking orders, and handling the oven. The rule used to be two people always up front so that things would run smoother.
However, my “leader” spends up to five hours of her shift in the office monitoring cameras (which her team already does), eating, or calling somebody on the phone rather than training new people or finding something to do. They instead even tried to pile it on me that I should train people on makeline even though I’m stuck up front solo daily. Not very leadership like. 🫤 They have bothered me about giving my loose change to customers, giving out napkins, and telling me last second that crazy sauces do NOT come with cheese breads anymore even though I asked them if anything has changed I should know about, to please let me know. The “leaders” consistently do NOT complete their nightly tasks and leave pans, dishes, trash, and even food up front for you to add to your morning to do list.
While they are busy doing one task, register or oven, they will see you multitasking and will continue to ask you to make wings for them (takes a few seconds to do, something I can do WHILE still taking orders). Also, I’m not even kidding they will walk ALL THE WAY up to you WHILE you’re taking customers orders on register and handling multiple tasks but STILL hand YOU the phone when it rings.💀 ⁉️ they CANNOT multi task yet they expect you to.
I love all of my customers and I thank all of you for making my day just a little better. You guys were my only motivation throughout my entire history here.
