Long story short Ima single mother who lost her children’s father …I work at mercy as a MA I do Instacart to make ends meet ….I did an order yesterday and my phone died literally in the line I charged it while waiting …There were others checkers out there there is a code that needs to be scanned we waiting til it came on anyways I got very terrible customer service and I had my 1 year old with me while trying to do the Instacrt in the first place .it’s not what you do it how you do it and I am a customer the lady kept saying we can’t hold the line up after my phone came on …Mora of the story I told them thank you for having patience and I still got a nasty nasty seem like a racial thing also felt that way because if I was another color me and my child would have got treated that way please have patience …Mrs Anne …the supervisor and another lady named Victory was very nasty I take depression medication and ptsd for losing my children’s father I wasn’t nasty to you guys kept saying I’m holding the line up but why not be nice and help me figure it out I neverrrr got treated like this I do Instacrt 4 years now …I would never personally shop here ever again for my self ….you guys didn’t help me bag my stuff back up or anything yesterday I hope higher up runs the cameras back …..All I have to say is please watch how u treat people and have patience you don’t know what people are going through (even though I told you guys and you still treated me and my 1 years old like we weren’t a customer )….💕💕💕💕💕💕💕☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️😔😔😔😔😔😔😔we have to stop treating people like this …..patience is the key …..and kindness cost nothing ….Please stop treating people nasty and have patience and don’t stereotype people you guys surely did that and kept telling me I’m holding the line up and complaining instead of helping we have to help each other being nasty gets us no where … I thanks god i didn’t need to take my ptsd meds after that I just prayed and said I’ll do a review even if it does nothing ….thanks for listening and...
Read moreI used to go here often. Then it started getting bad. I started finding bad food on the shelves and purchased expired things more than once. Also I saw them put the older product behind the newer product more than once. I started trying to check dates but sometimes you're in a hurry. Now I try to avoid going here. I'd rather shop at any of the competitors.
The last time I shopped at this location I bought some sodas for my job in a hurry for a work event. The shelf said one price and they rang up another (my fault for not noticing until after I left). Sent an email and got no attempted response. Yesterday I bought cheese and crackers for company. Once again I was trying to hurry and didn't pay attention while shopping. The pepperjack cheese cubes were dated EXP JAN 26 and here it is MARCH 1ST. I didn't notice the mold on the white cheese but the smell when I opened the bag was pure rancid. That's what made me check the date.
I'll take the blame for not checking things meticulously. I shouldn't have to double check every item I buy here. I don't need to do that at other locations. They need higher standards here.

Read moreI went to this location a couple of days ago and the cashier's attitude was really nasty. When I walked up to the line I heard the cashier huffing and puffing because I had a big order. I had been to this location earlier that day, and he bagged my groceries extremely heavily, so I told him that I would bag them. He acts like he didn’t hear me and continues to bag. Asked him a second time now he is upset and sliding my items down the belt as he’s scanning them. I figured he was having a bad day, so I let it go and started bagging. As I’m bagging the groceries he puts the next customers groceries with mine. I grabbed the bag by mistake, and he snatches it out of my hand and says that it isn’t mine. At that point, I called the manager and of course he plays victim and said he didn’t do anything. Like he’s clearly triggered or else why would he be sliding my groceries down the belt when it’s automatic and does it by itself. I wish I got his name I will not be returning to this store spent over $300 and I was treated like crap all because I wanted to bag my own groceries...
