Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Florissant

I had a problem with my order.. Got 4 instead of 6 PC chkn strip Got 5 onion rings when I ordered a large No choc syrup in mm w/ oreo added blizzard(not really a big deal on the syrup)

Called about it. Took like 6 tries to get someone on the phone.

When Gal finally answered she was completely apologetic and offered to make me 2 chkn strips, fresh onion rings, and a new Blizzard. Lol.

But now I have to drive back up there, wa8t in a long line( because ppl know what up!) Or go inside and wait inside ..

She said she could go ahead and make the entire order again for free

I said a 4 PC would work fine with me for my efforts as well.

She insisted on the 6 PC and new onion rings..

Ok..I'll accept..

I get there and order a New blizzard as well ..To Pay For!!!

I get to the window and the fella was super apologetic and said he went ahead and made the blizzard for free too..

Always get a friendly service, I love it here. Sure they are a bit slow with little staff but unless they're given more hours and can hire others. Well there isn't much you could do. I work at walgreens and we have little hours and less people than we have in three years I have been there. So for those leaving bad reviews please be considerate and understand what they are going through.

I went one time and it took all my self control not to go off on this lady that JUST walked through the door and stood there for 30 seconds before her and her kids were demanding the manager come out and help. The manager was helping, everyone was helping and be warned this WAS the first nicest day we had in awhile. So of course they would be busy like this.

I really wanted to say something because I was on a timed 30 minute lunch waiting for my food and my co worker's food. But i was quiet, patient, and waited. I told the girl at the front to ignore the lady and have a great day. But your children shouldn't be cussing out the cashier because...

This is the best Dairy Queen in the country; you can not change my mind; the customer service is the best ever they never mess up my big meals, you never have to check to see if they forget anything. Today is Sunday may 8th 12:00pm 2022 which is a time rush and I got my meal in less than 3 minutes

New update 9/9/2024 I visited Dairy Queen between 5:30 and 6:00 p.m. and had a generally pleasant experience. The customer service was excellent, and the food was delicious however I believe that the young manager/workers need more experience because I hear them say inappropriate things out loud in front of customers or a dining room full of customers and not think anything about it on the other hand, the store does have great customer service top notch these days they even put on kid shows on Saturday nights....
