Horrible customer service personnel. DONT DO BUSINESS HERE I Purchased a replacement watch battery 11/03/2018 with the SCAM replacement warranty with proof of purchase. Battery went dead so I returned to the store with the proof of purchase & requested battery replacement on 24 Jan 2019. One of the clerks took my watch, removed the battery & placed it in a device. She then placed this same battery back into my watch & declared it now works. She said the device indicated the battery was good. I requested the battery be replaced. I was then informed that if they replaced the battery I would need to purchase it at an additional $8.75. I refused. A second clerk chimed into the discussion, while the first clerk then took my old battery from my watch & then they told me to get out. I requested they reinstall my old battery & I would be happy to leave. They refused to put my battery back into my watch as originally presented to them. I telephoned the Florissant Police& while I waited—they bragged they were not going to reinstall my battery & the police are going to remove you from this store. I heard one of the clerks calling someone with the police, also. When the police showed up, I explained what happened & requested they reinstall my battery back into my watch & I will be happy to leave. The police simply asked me to leave as the owners requested. I asked what about my rights to have my watch returned to me reassembled? His response to me—“I cannot make them do it.” But—he NEVER asked them to put the battery back into the watch—simply as the right thing to do. Yet, he could ask me to leave; insuring their rights. This place i wouldn’t dare go back to i have a 16 inch gold chain me and my husband brung it there to get fix on Saturday April 20th she charged us $35 we didn’t have to pay until we pick it up she said it would be ready April 23rd on that Tuesday no call I had to call them and some man answered I ask about my chain he told me he’ll call me back that they had alot of customers but wow when I’m also a customer calling about a chain of mines that I never got a call about so I said ok hung up he call me back in like 10 minutes and left a voicemail cause I couldn’t come to the phone I call him right back and he stated my chain wasn’t ready yet but it would be ready in 5 minutes ok wow again so my husband picks my chain up came to pick me up and try to put it on my neck and the clamp broke off they basically ripped us off but beware...

My experience with this company was horrible. The lady I worked with just because I was black I didn't have any money. SInce I asked do they do appraisals she said no but the lady in the background told her yes we do. Then I asked can I have the diamond put on the tester in front of me so I can make sure that they are real told me we don't do that. I told her about experience I had with another company and she told me like this "you wasn't working with a reputable company or pawn shop". I took that as being racist.
