I had the absolute best experience working with Chris at Duff’s Jewelry Store to create both my engagement ring and wedding band, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. I chose Duffs based on word of mouth and online reviews. From start to finish, they exceeded all expectations and truly made this experience for me as special as the pieces they created. From the moment I walked into the store, Chris and all the staff at Duff’s made me feel welcome and comfortable. I was unsure about the specifics I wanted for both the engagement ring and wedding band, but he took the time to listen to my ideas and offered great suggestions. Chris was patient, professional, and genuinely excited to help me find something that I wanted. Chris answered all my questions with honesty and even tried to find ways for me to save money by looking at multiple of their vendors to find the best price. Duff’s offers an incredible range of customization options, and they really helped me bring my vision to life. I was able to choose the type of metal, setting, and stone I wanted for the engagement ring while also designing a wedding band that fit perfectly alongside it. What stood out the most was how they listened to my preferences while also offering expert advice on what would work best for durability, comfort, and style. I designed the band then after seeing it put together changed my mind. Chris was happy to make the adjustments and didn't make me feel like I was any trouble. The finished products were stunning! The attention to detail in both the engagement ring and wedding band was exceptional. The diamonds sparkled in a way I didn’t even imagine possible. The necklace that Duff's repurposed from a wedding ring for my daughter's college graduation was recently broken when it got caught on some work equipment. She happened to be in town this weekend visiting so I contacted Chris about hoping to get it fixed while she was in town. Not only did he fix the necklace while we waited, which I totally did not expect, but he also took links out of her watch, shortened one of her bracelets and changed out a watch battery for my husband. Chris gives amazing customer service and is always a joy to see.

We also left my husband's wedding ring, which we had previously purchased at Duff's, to be resized since it was too loose now, so I look forward to going to see Chris again when we pick it up this week. We live in Prosper, but when it comes to jewelry, I will always drive to Flower Mound to Duff's for their assistance in purchasing items or fixing them.

Duff's is truly amazing!!!! In November, 2019, I first brought in a previous wedding ring and had them repurpose it into a beautiful necklace which I gave to my daughter for her college graduation in May, 2020. She loved it and it was even more special in that is was an heirloom from her parent's.

I then brought in a diamond and a setting I had made for a new wedding ring and they took care of it that afternoon within an hour. I had no appointment, but Chris went out of his way to have the jeweler place the diamond so I could finally wear my new ring that I had waited so long for. My son received a novelty airplane watch from his grandfather, which he received years ago from a friend who admired his service as a fighter pilot and later as a Southwest pilot.
