My first visit to this location was on Sunday June 17th at around 10am. I had ordered 3 different types of sandwiches me and my coworkers had picked online. Cashiers were polite and took my order but seemed busy. After receiving my order I quickly left for work. Upon arriving to work I noticed I had given 3 plain ham and cheese and egg sandwiches. I called later in the day after work to speak with a manger and a male manager apologized and was polite and took down my information and said I could come in next time and receive the correct order. Upon my next visit 6 days later after waiting in like for 20 minutes and reordering the first order. I asked the cashier about my comp and she went to grab a manager. That’s where we were met with the extremely rude and dismissive manager named Sheryl or sherry or something I can’t remember I just remember her nasty attitude. She asked if I had a reference number and I politely replied a was not given one but they had taken down my name. Without even blinking she quickly snapped she had memorized the list and knew my name wasn’t on it and offers me 40% off I tried to explain about the manager I spoke to and before I could finish my sentence she rudely interrupted and made it clear I was not going to be helped so I said whatever and decided just to contact corporate. Read moreUpdate as requested by customer service team. They requested that I reach out to them through the website, and I did explain the issues that we experienced here. It has now been 6 months and I never did get a response from them in either email/text/phone call. Clearly this was not a big enough issue for them to even bother reaching out to try to understand or address.
Yesterday morning I placed an order to be picked up today @7 am. I actually commented how friendly the staff was. This order was for a charity breakfast for our local Police and Fire hero's. Today when the lady showed up to pick up the order it was not ready and she was told it wasn't even paid for despite it being paid for in store the day before. After 20 minutes of them arguing and embarrassing the lady and telling her to either repay or get out of the way she a nice stranger stepped in to try and help. He repaid the order while she was looking for a copy of the receipt. She then found the receipt and showed it to them. Even then there was no apology offered for how she was treated and now 30 min later still no refund offered for the double paid invoice. What an absolute unprofessional handling of this situation and a complete embarrassing moment for all involved. I will never trust this place with my orders again and wouldn't recommend...
Read moreThey aren’t the only bagel place nearby anymore but the app seems helpful sometimes except lately ends up often costing more time unless they are empty. Today unfortunately even though they werent too busy I was watching them put out the bagels on the togo rack it looked like they were only doing an online order every five minutes. It took 37 minutes from my order to put out my single bagel. Only went there because it was next to kroger where I was going which was a big mistake should have just gone to 3040 and had a much better bagel and faster/nicer service.
Original review: It's the only bagel place nearby. Their bagels freeze well and you put them in the fridge the night before and it is great toasted. Buy them on mondays to be supplied for a week or two. They are horrible at toasting them at the store either it isn't warm or is burnt. They are incredible inconsistent in buttering or shmearing at all. If you get things to go the whole bagel could be in a huge puddle of at least 4 table spoons of butter.
