Terrible experience. Kept getting excuses about delivery times and availability. Regret buying a mattress from here. Worst mattress I ever slept on. Felt completely different in store than what I actually received. One section of the mattress seems defective and sinks in considerably more than the rest of the mattress. They don’t do exchanges or refunds like most mattress stores, not even for store credit. Most of the mattresses are manufactured by Ashley and are unbranded. Read the actual label tag (if it hasn’t been removed) on the mattress in store and compare prices and do your research before buying.
Edit: In response to the owners comment, Thank you for your response. Since this conversation is now public, I’d like to clarify a few things based on my experience.
I originally wanted the firmer mattress for $849, and you told me there was one left in stock and that I could call and pay over the phone. I preferred to see it in person first, so I came by the store but by then, you said it was no longer available. You mentioned another shipment might include it but weren’t certain when it would arrive. You then showed me a different mattress (slightly more expensive), and because of the urgency I expressed to you, I decided to go ahead with that one instead.
At the time of purchase, I asked if it could be delivered the next day, and you confirmed a delivery window of 4:00–6:00 PM. However, on the day of delivery, that time came and went, and I was told you were still waiting on your store’s furniture shipment. Since the delivery window had already passed, I had my fiancé pick the mattress up instead. It would have been more professional to communicate earlier that the promised time could not be met. Telling a customer you’re still waiting on merchandise during the scheduled delivery window is frustrating, especially when I’ve already paid for my mattress.
Throughout the process, there was constant uncertainty about what was or wasn’t in stock. I never got a clear “yes” or “no” about availability, just repeated “it might be on the next truck.” That uncertainty is what ultimately led me to buy the higher-priced mattress.
Regarding the tag and branding: The manufacturer’s label was not clearly visible in-store, and I was not advised to check any labels at the time of purchase. A few days later, when my fiancé called about the mattress and asked if a return, exchange, or store credit was possible, we were told no. You did mention you’d sell the original mattress I wanted for $649, but after paying over $1,000, I was not going to purchase another one.
Lastly, I did receive your voicemail. However, by that point, I had no interest in pursuing a warranty, refund, or exchange through your business. That’s why I didn’t call back.
