If I could give negative 100 I would!! This place is the worst institution I have EVER been in! The staff especially "Bree" is HORRIBLE. She is super unprofessional and extremely rude! She doesnt answer questions, then my husband fell TWICE bowling (not on the lane!) She couldnt even be bothered to ask if he was okay all she said was, " I can switch you lanes" THEN a customer comes over to my table yelling at MY husband for "being mean to her and nathan would be dealing with him". SO not only was she rude to us she talked about us to fellow customers and denied it. I confronted her about it she got loud with me about how him falling was his fault and there was nothing she nor anyone was going to do anything about it. She then proceeded to tell me we were cashing out and "LEAVING NOW" I told her I want your manager NOW I am not going anywhere. The manager no better then Bree refuses to comp anything, and refuses to do anything then tells us the lanes are in bad shape and havent been oiled or taking care of for a YEAR!? Yet, you're allowing customers to be there where it is unsafe and not taken care of. Yeah that's a great place. I will never be back I will be blasting this all over the internet and contacting the better business bureau! THIS IS A NASTY...

I’m changing my 5 star review. I’ve been coming to Jacks for years. Tried to support the new owners. Waitresses/bartenders are extremely rude. I called ahead to make sure we didn’t need a reservation for food& bowling for 12 people. They said we didn’t need a reservation. I walked in the next day and they had half the place blocked off because they were having an event. That would have been nice to know?! There was no where for us to go since there were 2 groups there already. I was standing and walking around and had employees all staring at me. Not one asked if I needed help. This is the third time I’ve been unimpressed by their customer service. Food always takes forever. It’s hit or miss if it’s actually good. Drinks take forever unless you can sit at the bar. I really tried giving them a chance but it’s starting to feel like they can’t keep people and the people they do have don’t communicate well. I unfortunately will not be back.

My biggest complaint with them has been they can’t decide if they want to be a bar or for kids. It’s just odd. The event that I was preferring to was painting turkeys for kids. While the Lions game was on in the background with a bunch of men at the bar. They need to decide what their target...

I’ve been to Jack’s twice and will never go back. The first time we got a platter of onion rings, mushrooms, chicken tenders and mozzarella sticks and it was disgusting. The three of us were throwing up the next day. In addition to this, she ran my friends card for both bills and swapped her debit card with my husbands. We didn’t realize it until two days later. They gave my friend the run around about reversing the charge. She still hasn’t been refunded. We went about two months later for my birthday and bowled. I suggest you not bring any of your own equipment because it will get ruined. You might as well not bowl at all because they are garbage lanes that are unkept. We were told $8 for one game and at the end of the night the waitress tried to charge each of us $10 and argued with us until my friend who paid in cash told her she only paid $8. She then charged my friend for two when it was just herself and charged myself and husband for three people. When she corrected it, she still showed $10 each as if we wouldn’t notice and I made her take it back again. She eventually came back and removed the bowling charge completely. In short, save your time and go around the corner for better service, food and...
