If I could give 10 Stars I would – Ask for Jen! I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Jen at City Slickers Bar in Folsom, and she completely blew me away with her service. Not going back. Bartender screaming at customers and being very aggressive, 20 minute wait at a small capacity bar when it really wasn’t that busy. Then being overcharged for my drinks (added extra beer and shot) and then giving me not enough cash to cover the difference of the overcharge and the cherry on top: left a cash tip only for them to add a tip to my card without my consent or knowledge. Owners blew up in our faces when one of the employees asked us to help him get something off of the shingles of the balcony. She was super mad that alcohol was outside because she could lose her liquor license, which is understandable.
