I want to respond to a recent poor review, since I was a witness to the situation. First of all, I was not an employee. I was a customer that one of the employees was working with. It is a very small store, and when 5 young guys walk in, it was a little intimidating.....with a lot of equipment accessible. (you just don't know who you can trust these days). The other employee told these young men, that the other employee was the expert at computer parts and that he would have to help them. The other employee told one of them, that if you want to look at anything, she would help, that they should not try to get the parts off the shelf themselves. (which he tried to do twice). After a bit, the other guys left the store and one stayed and was asked if there was anything she could help with. He said not right now and left. They were there not more than 5-8 min. (not 20 min.).
Now my review. My computer indicated "Disk Full"....I called F1 and Marlend agreed an external drive would be my best option. He transferred a ton of files. When I came to pickup, he took the time to show me where the transferred files were and how to transfer to the external drive along with some other tips. ...

I took my MacBook in with storage issues and they fixed my problem along with updated my laptop with the newest software very efficiently in a few days. The part that I love most about F1 is that it is a small and extremely trustworthy business. The staff is super friendly and they bring lots of knowledge & over 30 years experience. The wonderful customer service however is what stood out in my book. Marlend, the owner continuously kept me in the loop via text and phone calls as to what was going on with my laptop and when it came time to pay for my fixed laptop Marlend sat down and explained everything to me.....plus he went above and beyond and added a new photo viewer so I could view my trail camera photos for hunting purposes a lot easier.
